【摘要】:自四川數(shù)年之間連續(xù)發(fā)生大型地震之后,自然災(zāi)害已成為常態(tài)。近年來國家越來越重視防災(zāi)減災(zāi)工作,另一方面,防災(zāi)減災(zāi)工作的基礎(chǔ)配套設(shè)施和機(jī)制卻不相匹配,不僅缺乏有效的災(zāi)害防治與救助信息系統(tǒng),更缺乏全社會(huì)的動(dòng)員機(jī)制與參與渠道,民眾的自救互救意識(shí)和能力并未培養(yǎng)起來,造成了許多原本可以避免的二次損失。本文正是在國家迫切需要民眾和社會(huì)參與災(zāi)害救助的大背景下,提出構(gòu)建一種普通民眾能夠以極低門檻使用的災(zāi)害防治與救助系統(tǒng)。這套系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)立足于智能手機(jī)的高普及率和自身的快速發(fā)展,利用在智能手機(jī)上得到廣泛支持的Wi-Fi802.11協(xié)議所提供的定位和點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)互聯(lián)通信能力,在災(zāi)難發(fā)生之后假設(shè)語音和數(shù)據(jù)通信都斷絕的惡劣情況下,處于開機(jī)狀態(tài)的智能手機(jī)在一定范圍內(nèi)能夠不依賴任何基站和中心節(jié)點(diǎn)互相發(fā)現(xiàn),進(jìn)而組成臨時(shí)的小型物聯(lián)網(wǎng),針對(duì)目標(biāo)手機(jī)進(jìn)行定位,利于民眾自救和專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)搜救工作的開展。本文第一章將分析建立基于智能手機(jī)的災(zāi)后救援系統(tǒng)的背景和價(jià)值,第二章介紹Wi-Fi應(yīng)用于定位和點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)互聯(lián)領(lǐng)域的基本概念、相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、協(xié)議和技術(shù),以及手機(jī)傳感器的使用及交互技術(shù),重點(diǎn)對(duì)本研究所涉及的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)Wi-Fi Direct和Wi-Fi三角定位,加速度、陀螺儀等傳感器的調(diào)用方法進(jìn)行深入討論,第三章描述整套系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)與開發(fā)環(huán)境,手機(jī)端構(gòu)建在目前市面上主流智能手機(jī)的Android 4.4.2版本上,管理平臺(tái)將基于Windows Server 2012操作系統(tǒng)搭建,采用apache+tomcat+php+mysql作為運(yùn)行環(huán)境;第四章著重介紹手機(jī)客戶端和管理平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn),最后第五章詳細(xì)闡述了開發(fā)完成后的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試和交付質(zhì)量保障的全過程。
[Abstract]:Natural disasters have become the norm since the occurrence of large-scale earthquakes in Sichuan for several years. In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to disaster prevention and mitigation, on the other hand. The basic facilities and mechanisms of disaster prevention and mitigation are not matched, not only lack of effective disaster prevention and rescue information system, but also lack of social mobilization mechanism and participation channels. People's consciousness and ability of self-rescue and mutual rescue have not been cultivated, which has caused many losses that can be avoided. This paper is just in the context of the urgent need of the people and society to participate in disaster relief. A disaster prevention and relief system which can be used by ordinary people with very low threshold is proposed. The construction of this system is based on the high penetration rate of smart phones and the rapid development of their own. Take advantage of the location and point-to-point communication capabilities provided by the widely supported Wi-Fi802.11 protocol on smart phones. Assuming that voice and data communications are cut off after the disaster, a smartphone in a boot state can find each other without relying on any base station or central node to a certain extent. And then form a temporary small Internet of things, targeted at the target mobile phone location. The first chapter of this paper will analyze the background and value of establishing the disaster rescue system based on smart phone. The second chapter introduces the basic concepts, related standards, protocols and technologies of Wi-Fi application in the field of location and point-to-point interconnection, as well as the use and interaction technology of mobile phone sensors. The key technologies involved in this study, such as Wi-Fi Direct and Wi-Fi triangulation, acceleration, gyroscope, etc., are discussed in detail. The third chapter describes the whole system structure, network structure and development environment. The mobile phone is built on the current mainstream smartphone Android version 4.4.2. The management platform will be built based on Windows Server 2012 operating system, and apache tomcat php mysql will be used as the running environment. Chapter 4th focuses on the design, development and implementation of mobile phone client and management platform. Finally, chapter 5th describes the whole process of testing and delivery quality assurance of the system after development.
