【摘要】:為了對(duì)通信GPRS業(yè)務(wù)用戶的流失情況進(jìn)行有效的預(yù)測(cè),對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)中常用三種算法的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了比較,選取能很好處理0/1分類(lèi)問(wèn)題的邏輯回歸算法,并基于邏輯回歸算法建立了GPRS業(yè)務(wù)流失預(yù)測(cè)模型.提取了廣東省移動(dòng)公司GPRS業(yè)務(wù)用戶流失概率最高的前5%和10%用戶,通過(guò)查準(zhǔn)率、查全率和提升率這三個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)該模型定位流失用戶的準(zhǔn)確率和確定流失用戶的覆蓋率都是相當(dāng)高的,說(shuō)明其能對(duì)GPRS套餐使用客戶的流失情況進(jìn)行有效地預(yù)測(cè).另外,通過(guò)把利用邏輯回歸算法與利用決策樹(shù)算法建立的預(yù)測(cè)模型的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,結(jié)果充分說(shuō)明了利用邏輯回歸算法建立的GPRS業(yè)務(wù)流失預(yù)測(cè)模型在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中更具優(yōu)越性.最后,根據(jù)該模型解在決實(shí)際預(yù)測(cè)問(wèn)題中的效果,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了其具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性.
[Abstract]:In order to loss of communication of GPRS service users effectively predict, forecast of three kinds of commonly used algorithm's advantages and disadvantages are compared, can choose a good deal with 0/1 classification problem of logistic regression algorithm, and logistic regression algorithm to establish GPRS prediction model based on the loss of business. From Mobile Corporation in Guangdong Province GPRS service churn probability the top 5% and 10% users, the precision and recall rate and improve the three indexes of the model test, we found that the accuracy of the model and determine the user positioning loss loss of the user's coverage is high when compared, which can effectively predict the loss of customers using GPRS package. In addition, by comparing the logistic regression algorithm and use the model of decision tree algorithm application, results fully demonstrated that using logistic regression algorithm to build The GPRS business churn prediction model is more advantageous in practical applications. Finally, according to the effect of the model in solving the actual prediction problem, it further verifies that it has strong practicability.
