【摘要】：研究了方形孔徑平面微透鏡陣列和微圖形陣列的疊柵條紋的傅里葉原理。方形孔徑平面微透鏡陣列可視為正交的二維柵格線簇,以一維光柵疊柵條紋的傅里葉變換原理為基礎(chǔ),推導(dǎo)了方形孔徑平面微透鏡陣列二維疊柵條紋的傅里葉變換解析式,對低頻(1,-1)級疊柵條紋進行詳細討論。同時對不同夾角下疊柵條紋的周期和同步性進行重點研究,并采用不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的二維柵格模板與微圖形陣列進行實驗,結(jié)果表明:實驗值和理論值相吻合,研究結(jié)果為方形孔徑平面微透鏡陣列的應(yīng)用與研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The Fourier principle of grid fringes of square aperture planar microlens array and micrographic array is studied. The square aperture plane microlens array can be regarded as an orthogonal two-dimensional grid line cluster. Based on the Fourier transform principle of one dimensional grating superimposed grid stripes, the Fourier transform analytic formula of square aperture plane microlens array two-dimensional stacked grid stripes is derived. The low frequency (1 ~ 1) cascade fringes are discussed in detail. At the same time, the period and synchronicity of the fringes under different angles are studied emphatically. The experimental results show that the experimental values are in good agreement with the theoretical values, and the two dimensional grid templates with different structure parameters are used to carry out the experiments with the micrographic arrays. The results provide a theoretical basis for the application and research of square aperture planar microlens array.
