非線性光纖薩尼亞克結(jié)構(gòu)的磁控特性

【摘要】:推導(dǎo)了磁光非線性光纖薩尼亞克結(jié)構(gòu)的傳輸矩陣,可用于分析光纖的雙折射、磁光效應(yīng)和非線性相移,偏振控制器狀態(tài)以及整個光纖環(huán)總損耗對薩尼亞克透射率的影響。實驗研究了薩尼亞克結(jié)構(gòu)磁光調(diào)制和非線性光控光開關(guān)功能。在0.0177T磁場作用下,磁光調(diào)制度可達(dá)17.05dB,理論分析與實驗數(shù)據(jù)吻合。當(dāng)時鐘抽運(yùn)控制信號的峰值功率為28.2dBm時,光控光開關(guān)消光比可達(dá)25.8dB,進(jìn)一步施加磁場可使開關(guān)消光比提升0.7dB。光控光薩尼亞克結(jié)構(gòu)的磁場響應(yīng)在一定程度上可以借助偏振控制狀態(tài)進(jìn)行等效分析。
[Abstract]:The transmission matrix of the Sanjak structure of magneto-optic nonlinear fiber is derived, which can be used to analyze the effects of birefringence, magneto-optic effect and nonlinear phase shift, the state of polarization controller and the total loss of the whole fiber ring on the transmissivity of Sanjak. The functions of magneto-optic modulation and nonlinear optical-controlled optical switch with Sanjak structure are experimentally studied. Under the action of 0.0177T magnetic field, the magneto-optical modulation system can reach 17.05 dB, the theoretical analysis is in agreement with the experimental data. When the peak power of the clock pumped control signal is 28.2dBm, the extinction ratio of the optical switch can reach 25.8 dB, and the extinction ratio of the switch can be increased by 0.7 dB when the magnetic field is applied further. To some extent, the magnetic field response of the light controlled light saniak structure can be analyzed by means of polarization control state.
