人體可接觸的懸浮電極介質(zhì)阻擋放電研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)低溫等離子體處理人體皮膚和組織等生物醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用中開發(fā)人體可接觸低溫等離子體源的需求,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種靈活的懸浮電極結(jié)構(gòu)的介質(zhì)阻擋放電低溫等離子體發(fā)生裝置,來在空氣中產(chǎn)生人體可接觸的低溫等離子體。通過合理的選擇絕緣外套來實(shí)現(xiàn)手持靈活移動(dòng)電極,通過合理選擇阻擋介質(zhì)來限制放電電流,實(shí)現(xiàn)人體安全接觸。本文通過電氣和光學(xué)特性診斷研究了所設(shè)計(jì)裝置的放電特性,在進(jìn)行人體接觸試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,建立了裝置的等效電路模型,來對(duì)人體接觸的安全性進(jìn)行論證。結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的電極結(jié)構(gòu)靈活安全,人體可以安全接觸,當(dāng)外加電壓在低于5 kV且氣隙間距為0.5 mm時(shí),消耗的放電功率小于0.5W,傳輸電荷小于50nC,放電電流幅值小于10 mA。等效電路模型分析結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)外加電壓4 kV至6 kV,且氣隙間距小于1 mm時(shí),流過人體的工作電流不超過3.82 mA。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of developing human contact low temperature plasma source in biomedical applications such as low temperature plasma treatment for human skin and tissue, a flexible dielectric barrier discharge low temperature plasma generator with suspended electrode structure is designed in this paper. To produce low-temperature plasma in the air that is accessible to the human body. The flexible mobile electrode is realized by selecting the insulating jacket reasonably, and the discharge current is limited by the reasonable selection of the barrier medium, and the human body is in safe contact with each other. In this paper, the electrical and optical characteristics of the designed device are studied. On the basis of human contact test, the equivalent circuit model of the device is established to demonstrate the safety of human contact. The results show that the electrode structure is flexible and safe, and the human body can contact safely. When the applied voltage is less than 5 kV and the gap spacing is 0.5 mm, the discharge power is less than 0.5 W, the transfer charge is less than 50nC, and the discharge current amplitude is less than 10 mA.. The results of equivalent circuit model analysis show that when the applied voltage is 4 kV to 6 kV, and the gap spacing is less than 1 mm, the working current flowing through the human body does not exceed 3.82 mA..
