螺旋針-環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)等離子體射流放電過(guò)程分析

【摘要】:為降低氣體的擊穿和維持電壓,設(shè)計(jì)一種螺旋針-環(huán)電極結(jié)構(gòu)的等離子體射流裝置,研究不同電壓下的放電電壓、電流波形。研究表明,氦氣等離子體射流放電可以分為電暈放電、介質(zhì)阻擋放電和射流放電三個(gè)階段,并且可以通過(guò)放電電壓、電流波形的特征進(jìn)行區(qū)分。分析可知,射流管管徑較大時(shí),采用螺旋針狀內(nèi)電極結(jié)構(gòu)可以減小電極間的平均氣體間隙距離,從而降低氣體的擊穿和維持電壓,使放電更加容易進(jìn)行;電壓反向過(guò)程中殘留電荷使得合成電場(chǎng)得到加強(qiáng),氣體將"提前"發(fā)生放電;由于電極結(jié)構(gòu)的不對(duì)稱(chēng),氣體在正半周期更容易發(fā)生放電,放電產(chǎn)生的電流脈沖數(shù)目更多,電流值更大;隨著外加電壓增大至14k V,放電最終過(guò)渡到絲狀放電狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the breakdown and maintain voltage of gas, a plasma jet device with helical needle and ring electrode structure was designed to study the discharge voltage and current waveform at different voltages. The results show that the discharge of helium plasma jet can be divided into three stages: corona discharge dielectric barrier discharge and jet discharge and can be distinguished by the characteristics of discharge voltage and current waveform. The analysis shows that when the diameter of the jet tube is large, the average gas gap distance between electrodes can be reduced by using the spiral needle internal electrode structure, thus the breakdown and maintenance voltage of the gas can be reduced, and the discharge can be more easily carried out. The residual charge in the voltage reverse process strengthens the synthetic electric field, and the gas will discharge "ahead". Because of the asymmetry of the electrode structure, the gas will discharge more easily in the positive half cycle, and the discharge will produce more current pulses. With the increase of applied voltage to 14kV, the discharge will transition to filamentous discharge state.
