兩種估算近海面大氣光學(xué)湍流強(qiáng)度方法的比較

【摘要】:選取隨船觀測(cè)的三亞地區(qū)2016-01-06至2016-01-09連續(xù)4天的折射率結(jié)構(gòu)常數(shù)C_n~2及溫度、風(fēng)速、相對(duì)濕度三種常規(guī)氣象參數(shù),基于后向傳播神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和逐步回歸理論,分別建立兩種模型并對(duì)C_n~2進(jìn)行了連續(xù)3天的估算。結(jié)果顯示,兩種模型估算的結(jié)果在變化趨勢(shì)及量級(jí)上均符合近海面光學(xué)湍流的一般特征和變化規(guī)律,并且可以表現(xiàn)出C_n~2的基本日變化特征,整體相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.8661和0.8496。選取了平均絕對(duì)誤差、平均相對(duì)誤差、均方根方差以及相關(guān)系數(shù)等統(tǒng)計(jì)量來(lái)衡量估算結(jié)果。分析表明,兩種模型均能準(zhǔn)確地估算出近海面的C_n~2,但在夜間弱湍流發(fā)生時(shí)估算值略高于測(cè)量值。為進(jìn)一步提高估算的準(zhǔn)確度,需要改進(jìn)模式在夜間的估算效果。
[Abstract]:Three conventional meteorological parameters, C_n~2, temperature, wind speed and relative humidity, were selected for four consecutive days from 2016-01-06 to 2016-01-09 in Sanya area observed by ship, based on backward propagation neural network and stepwise regression theory. Two models were established and the C_n~2 was estimated for 3 consecutive days. The results show that the results of the two models are consistent with the general characteristics and the law of variation of optical turbulence near the sea surface in the order of magnitude, and can show the basic diurnal variation of C_n~2. The overall correlation coefficients are 0.8661 and 0.8496, respectively. The average absolute error, average relative error, root mean square variance and correlation coefficient were selected to measure the estimation results. The analysis shows that both models can accurately estimate CSTN _ 2 near the sea surface, but the estimated value is slightly higher than the measured value when the weak turbulence occurs at night. In order to further improve the accuracy of the estimation, it is necessary to improve the estimation effect of the model at night.
