天然氣管道泄漏孔徑對激光檢測的影響研究

【摘要】:管道作為輸送流體的傳輸工具,在天然氣的輸配過程中扮演著巨大的作用。然而天然氣管道破裂而引起的泄漏產(chǎn)生的危害很大,采用激光檢測技術是及時發(fā)現(xiàn)泄漏并采取防護措施的重要手段,但泄漏擴散過程對激光檢測產(chǎn)生一定的影響。基于對泄漏過程的分析,建立了架空天然氣管道泄漏擴散和激光檢測過程模型,數(shù)值分析了不同泄漏孔徑下管道泄漏天然氣擴散過程,探討了其對激光檢測的影響。研究結果表明:天然氣管道泄漏孔徑對其氣體擴散影響較大,高速泄漏時隨著泄漏孔徑的增大,天然氣擴散濃度增大,激光檢測信號強度變?nèi)。研究結果可以對管道進行有效的評價和控制,為應急救援提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a transportation tool of fluid, pipeline plays an important role in the process of natural gas transmission and distribution. However, the leakage caused by the rupture of natural gas pipeline is very harmful. Laser detection technology is an important means to detect leakage and take protective measures in time, but the leakage diffusion process has a certain impact on laser detection. Based on the analysis of leakage process, a model of leakage diffusion and laser detection for overhead natural gas pipeline is established. The diffusion process of pipeline leakage gas with different leak aperture is numerically analyzed, and its influence on laser detection is discussed. The results show that the leakage aperture of natural gas pipeline has a great influence on the gas diffusion. With the increase of the leakage aperture at high speed, the concentration of natural gas diffusion increases and the signal intensity of laser detection becomes weaker. The results can effectively evaluate and control the pipeline and provide basis for emergency rescue.
