二級6-8型靜高壓裝置厘米級腔體內(nèi)置石墨加熱組裝的設(shè)計與實驗研究

【摘要】:基于國產(chǎn)鉸鏈式六面頂壓機二級6-8型靜高壓裝置,采用去尖3節(jié)式36/20結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計了一種"橋式"結(jié)構(gòu)的石墨加熱組裝,通過高壓原位溫度測量獲取加熱功率與溫度的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,得到了穩(wěn)定的p-T(2.5~10.4GPa,0~1 650/1 800℃)區(qū)域。同時樣品腔體直徑可以達到13mm,實現(xiàn)了厘米級大樣品的高溫高壓制備。討論了組裝的電阻與溫度之間的關(guān)系,并分析了電阻變化的原因。通過對樣品燒結(jié)情況的表征,來反映腔體的溫度分布情況。研究工作對基于國產(chǎn)鉸鏈式六面頂壓機的二級6-8型靜高壓裝置的加熱設(shè)計有一定的參考意義,并具有良好的實用性。
