基于激光技術(shù)結(jié)合溫度修正的高溫HF氣體檢測(cè)方法研究(英文)

【摘要】:氟化氫(HF)是變電站氣體絕緣開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行故障診斷的重要特征氣體之一,因此HF氣體的高測(cè)量精度,快速響應(yīng),實(shí)時(shí)在線檢測(cè)的方法是工業(yè)和環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的研究重點(diǎn)之一。結(jié)合激光吸收光譜技術(shù)和蒙乃爾鋼材加工的耐腐蝕多次反射池搭建HF檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng);分析了HF氣體在不同溫度下的激光吸收光譜特性,根據(jù)HITRAN數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的HF氣體配分函數(shù)系數(shù)得到配分函數(shù)曲線和吸收線強(qiáng)曲線;在研究工作中重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了結(jié)合激光光譜解析和溫度參數(shù)修正的濃度反演算法以實(shí)現(xiàn)氣體濃度的準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè);結(jié)合多次反射吸收池的溫度特性利用不同濃度配比的HF樣氣得到連續(xù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。多次反射池加熱后并穩(wěn)定工作在313和323 K時(shí),溫度修正前濃度反演的最大相對(duì)誤差分別為5.33%和5.87%,溫度修正后濃度反演的最大相對(duì)誤差分別為1.20%和1.47%。通過(guò)連續(xù)檢測(cè)和計(jì)算,系統(tǒng)在323K時(shí)HF檢出限為8.7×10~(-5)mmol·mol~(-1),高于290K時(shí)的檢出限6.3×10~(-5)mmol·mol~(-1)(20 m光程)。盡管高溫環(huán)境下溫度修正后的檢測(cè)誤差大于室溫情況,但是同一高溫下溫度修正后的檢測(cè)誤差仍低于未經(jīng)過(guò)溫度修正的值。通過(guò)該研究證明了本濃度反演算法工作穩(wěn)定、可靠,可以滿(mǎn)足化工生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)HF實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的需求,對(duì)于我國(guó)工業(yè)HF氣體的安全排放監(jiān)管和環(huán)境保護(hù)起有效的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:HFF is one of the most important characteristic gases for fault diagnosis of gas insulated switches in substation. Therefore, the method of high measuring accuracy, fast response and real-time on-line detection of HF gas is one of the research focuses in industrial and environmental fields. Combined with laser absorption spectrum technology and corrosion resistant multi-reflection cell of Monel steel processing, the HF detection system was built, and the laser absorption spectrum characteristics of HF gas at different temperatures were analyzed. According to the partition function coefficient of HF gas in HITRAN database, the partition function curve and the intensity curve of absorption line are obtained. In order to realize the accurate detection of gas concentration, a concentration inversion algorithm based on laser spectral analysis and temperature parameter correction is designed. Combined with the temperature characteristics of the multiple reflectance absorption cell, continuous experimental results were obtained by using HF gas with different concentrations. After heating and working stably at 313 and 323 K, the maximum relative error of concentration inversion before temperature correction is 5.33% and 5.87, respectively, and the maximum relative error after temperature correction is 1.20% and 1.47%, respectively. By continuous detection and calculation, the detection limit of HF at 323K is 8.7 脳 10~(-5)mmol molan-1, which is higher than the detection limit of 6.3 脳 10~(-5)mmol mol~(-1)(20 m optical path at 290K. Although the error of temperature correction is larger than that of room temperature at high temperature, the error of temperature correction at the same temperature is still lower than that without temperature correction. It is proved that this concentration inversion algorithm works stably and reliably and can meet the needs of real-time monitoring of HF in chemical production sites. It can provide effective technical support for the safe emission regulation and environmental protection of industrial HF gas in China.
