排針-輥式電暈放電特性

【摘要】:為提高高壓靜電分選效率,尋求產(chǎn)生最佳電場(chǎng)的新型排針電極結(jié)構(gòu),采用自制新型排針 輥式高壓放電裝置,探究了放電針直徑對(duì)電暈放電性能的影響;設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的測(cè)量裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)單根及多根放電針上放電電流的測(cè)量,為了在相同電壓下得到更好的放電效果,對(duì)35根放電針中的偶數(shù)序號(hào)放電針縮進(jìn)5次、每次5 mm,進(jìn)行比較研究;在MATLAB平臺(tái)上,利用電磁場(chǎng)理論,對(duì)不同縮進(jìn)條件下排針型電極的空間電場(chǎng)分布仿真模擬。結(jié)果表明:其他條件一定,放電針的直徑越小,排針總的放電電流(排針電流)及每根針?lè)烹婋娏?針電流)越大;隨著偶數(shù)序號(hào)放電針縮進(jìn)長(zhǎng)度的增加,排針電流呈先增大后減小的趨勢(shì),在縮進(jìn)長(zhǎng)度為15 mm時(shí),排針電流達(dá)到最大值,空間電場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度最強(qiáng),此時(shí)為最佳電場(chǎng)的新型長(zhǎng)短針的排針結(jié)構(gòu)。電場(chǎng)模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)相一致,印證了排針中縮進(jìn)的偶數(shù)序號(hào)放電針對(duì)突出的奇數(shù)序號(hào)放電針的放電有加強(qiáng)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of high voltage electrostatic separation and to find out a new type of electrode structure for producing the best electric field, the influence of discharge needle diameter on the performance of corona discharge was investigated by using a new type of high voltage discharge device. A new measuring device is designed to measure the discharge current of single and multiple discharge needles. In order to obtain better discharge effect at the same voltage, the even-ordinal discharge needles in 35 discharge needles are retracted 5 times. On the MATLAB platform, using electromagnetic field theory, the spatial electric field distribution of a row needle electrode under different indentation conditions is simulated. The results show that the smaller the diameter of the discharge needle, the greater the discharge current (discharge current) and the discharge current (needle current) of each needle, and with the increase of the length of the even number discharge needle, the smaller the diameter of the discharge needle is, the greater the discharge current (discharge current) and the discharge current (needle current) of each needle are. The needle discharge current increases first and then decreases. When the length of retraction is 15 mm, the current reaches the maximum value and the intensity of the space electric field is the strongest. At this time, it is a new type of long and long pin structure with the best electric field. The electric field simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results, and it is confirmed that the even-ordinal number discharge in the reentrant needle can strengthen the discharge of the outburst odd-numbered discharge needle.
