【摘要】：應(yīng)用英國(guó)Edinburgh FLS920P型穩(wěn)態(tài)和時(shí)間分辨熒光光譜儀,對(duì)日落黃與誘惑紅溶液進(jìn)行熒光光譜的實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量,得到日落黃熒光峰在420nm,誘惑紅熒光峰在432nm。進(jìn)一步,應(yīng)用Gaussian 09W軟件構(gòu)建日落黃分子與誘惑紅分子的基態(tài)和激發(fā)態(tài)的幾何構(gòu)型,基于密度泛函理論和含時(shí)密度泛函理論,完成對(duì)兩種分子基態(tài)和激發(fā)態(tài)的優(yōu)化和計(jì)算。優(yōu)化過程中,采用MPWK泛函和6-31g(d)基組;計(jì)算過程中,采用B3LYP泛函和6-311g(d,p)基組。考慮到溶劑效應(yīng)對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響,因此在計(jì)算過程中引入了極化連續(xù)介質(zhì)模型,最后計(jì)算得到日落黃的熒光峰在435nm,與實(shí)驗(yàn)所得有3.57%的相對(duì)誤差;計(jì)算得到誘惑紅熒光峰在443nm,與實(shí)驗(yàn)所得有2.55%的相對(duì)誤差,兩種分子熒光峰的相對(duì)誤差都在允許范圍之內(nèi),說明計(jì)算合理。在分析光譜特性時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種分子熒光峰的產(chǎn)生與分子內(nèi)電荷轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The fluorescence spectra of sunset yellow and seductive red solution were measured by Edinburgh FLS920P steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectrometer in England. The fluorescence peaks of sunset yellow and seductive red were 420nm and 432nmrespectively. Furthermore, the geometries of ground state and excited state of sunset yellow molecule and seductive red molecule were constructed by using Gaussian 09W software. Based on density functional theory and time-dependent density functional theory, the ground state and excited state of the two molecules were optimized and calculated. In the process of optimization, the MPWK functional and 6-31g / d) basis group are used, and the B3LYP functional and 6-311g / d / d) basis group are used in the calculation. Considering the influence of solvent effect on the calculation results, the polarimetric continuum model is introduced, and the fluorescence peak of sunset yellow is calculated at 435 nm, with a relative error of 3.57% compared with the experimental results. The calculated results show that the fluorescence peak of seductive red is 443 nm, which is 2.55% relative error compared with the experimental results. The relative error of the two molecular fluorescence peaks is within the allowable range, which shows that the calculation is reasonable. It is found that the generation of two molecular fluorescence peaks is related to intramolecular charge transfer.
