【摘要】：提出了一種新的拉曼光譜譜峰判別算法,采用Voigt函數(shù)作為擬合函數(shù),對(duì)小波變換脊線尋峰后得到的譜峰進(jìn)行擬合處理,將擬合前后的譜峰相似度作為判別譜峰的依據(jù),可有效識(shí)別與噪聲幅值相近的小幅值拉曼信號(hào)。通過(guò)與已有的兩種譜峰判別方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比,在誤判率為5%的情況下,該算法準(zhǔn)確率提高了60%;在準(zhǔn)確率高于90%的情況下,該算法誤判率降低了10%。
[Abstract]:A new spectral peak discriminant algorithm for Raman spectrum is proposed. The Voigt function is used as a fitting function to fit the peaks of the peaks of the wavelet transform ridge. The similarity of the spectral peaks before and after the fitting can be used as the basis of the spectral peak, and the small amplitude Raman signal near the noise amplitude can be identified effectively. The two kinds of Raman signals have been identified. The spectral peak discrimination method is compared. With the error rate of 5%, the accuracy of the algorithm is increased by 60%, and the error rate of the algorithm is reduced by 10%. when the accuracy is higher than 90%.
