【摘要】:慣性約束聚變精密物理實(shí)驗(yàn)要求高功率激光驅(qū)動(dòng)器具備時(shí)域-頻域精密調(diào)控能力,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)激光與等離子體相互作用過(guò)程中非線(xiàn)性效應(yīng)的抑制;诒F饫w和單偏振光纖技術(shù),采用溫度調(diào)諧雙振蕩器結(jié)合兩級(jí)波導(dǎo)相位調(diào)制器實(shí)現(xiàn)激光脈沖頻域精密調(diào)控,采用兩級(jí)高速電光調(diào)制脈沖整形技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)激光脈沖時(shí)域精密調(diào)控,將微波射頻信號(hào)取樣檢測(cè)與聲光開(kāi)關(guān)進(jìn)行連鎖以確保整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行。實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得了光譜帶寬為0.15~0.3nm、中心波長(zhǎng)范圍為1052.4~1053.6nm的連續(xù)可調(diào)微焦耳級(jí)激光脈沖,波長(zhǎng)調(diào)諧精度為0.1nm,在微焦級(jí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)比度大于500…1的高對(duì)比度整形激光脈沖,脈沖時(shí)間波形頂部調(diào)制深度小于10%。
[Abstract]:The precision physical experiment of inertial confinement fusion requires that the high-power laser driver has the precision control ability in time-frequency domain. In order to suppress the nonlinear effect in the process of laser plasma interaction, based on polarization maintaining fiber and single polarization fiber technology, the temperature tuned double oscillator combined with two stage waveguide phase modulator is used to realize the precise control of laser pulse frequency domain. Using two stage high speed electro-optic modulation pulse shaping technology to realize laser pulse time domain precise control, The microwave RF signal sampling detection is linked to the acousto-optic switch to ensure the safe operation of the whole system. A continuous adjustable micro-joule laser pulse with a spectral bandwidth of 0.15 ~ 0.3nm and a center wavelength range of 1052.4~1053.6nm is obtained. The wavelength tuning accuracy is 0.1 nm.
