基于CFD技術(shù)的5000 kW挖巖絞刀內(nèi)部流動分析

【摘要】:絞刀的吸入性能極大影響疏浚工程的施工效率,研究絞刀內(nèi)的流動特性對提高絞刀吸入性能意義重大。采用雷諾時(shí)均納維斯托克斯(RANS)湍流模型的計(jì)算流體動力學(xué)(CFD)方法,對絞刀刀臂處是否帶有溝槽設(shè)計(jì)的2種結(jié)構(gòu)形式絞刀內(nèi)部流動進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,對2款絞刀內(nèi)部的流動特性進(jìn)行對比分析,驗(yàn)證溝槽設(shè)計(jì)的合理性及優(yōu)越性,為5 000 k W挖巖絞刀的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:The suction of the cutter can greatly affect the construction efficiency of the dredging project. It is of great significance to study the flow characteristics in the cutter to improve the suction performance of the cutter. Using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method of (RANS) turbulence model at Renault time, numerical simulation is carried out on the internal flow of the cutter with or without grooves. The flow characteristics of the two types of cutters are compared and analyzed to verify the rationality and superiority of the groove design and provide technical support for the optimization design of 5 000 kW rock cutters.
