基于CATIA二次開發(fā)的重力壩三維模型構(gòu)建

【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)不同方案下重力壩三維模型的快速構(gòu)建,利用VB編程語言對CATIA三維建模軟件進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),通過自動(dòng)化對象編程(V5Automation)接口完成VB與CATIA的連接,以VB程序驅(qū)動(dòng)CATIA軟件的相關(guān)組件,構(gòu)建重力壩三維模型。建模采用自上而下的骨架設(shè)計(jì)思路,對傳統(tǒng)的裝配方式進(jìn)行改進(jìn),建立重力壩整體骨架對各壩段的約束,并結(jié)合CATIA軟件的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)論述多種方案下重力壩三維模型的快速建立方法,并以西藏某水電站為例構(gòu)建了三種重力壩的典型布置方案。結(jié)果表明,使用CATIA二次開發(fā)技術(shù)能夠快速、準(zhǔn)確、智能地完成重力壩三維模型的構(gòu)建,且可快速完成不同設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)化與比選。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the fast construction of gravity dam 3D model under different schemes, the CATIA 3D modeling software is redeveloped by using VB programming language, and the connection between VB and CATIA is completed by means of the automatic object programming (V5Automation) interface. The 3D model of gravity dam is constructed by using VB program to drive the related components of CATIA software. The modeling adopts the top-down skeleton design idea, improves the traditional assembly method, and establishes the restriction of gravity dam integral skeleton to each dam segment. Combined with the parameterized design characteristics of CATIA software, this paper discusses the rapid establishment method of 3D model of gravity dam under various schemes, and takes a hydropower station in Tibet as an example to construct three typical layout schemes of gravity dam. The results show that the 3D model of gravity dam can be constructed quickly, accurately and intelligently by using CATIA secondary development technology, and the optimization and comparison of different design schemes can be completed quickly.
