甘肅省涇川縣合志溝山洪災(zāi)害堤防工程治理措施研究

【摘要】:本文通過對甘肅省平?jīng)鍪袥艽ǹh合志溝進行實地勘察,收集該區(qū)域氣象、水文地質(zhì)、工程地質(zhì)、堤防工程建設(shè)等資料,主要研究了合志溝山洪災(zāi)害治理工程措施及其評價方法,旨在為當(dāng)?shù)厣胶闉?zāi)害防治工程的建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)和技術(shù)支撐。本研究成果如下: (1)通過搜集研究區(qū)的水文、地質(zhì)、地貌和自然條件,調(diào)查歷史山洪災(zāi)害情況,同時對合志溝的徑流、洪水、水文地質(zhì)、地層巖性、泥沙、河道演變及河相進行分析,制定出安全有效、科學(xué)合理的山洪災(zāi)害治理措施。 (2)確定河道寬度和堤防導(dǎo)線的布設(shè),根據(jù)研究區(qū)的實際情況確定堤防的形式,再通過水面線、堤頂超高和沖刷深度的計算來確定堤防的高度,提出堤防形式采用重力式擋土墻,并對其進行了穩(wěn)定計算和滲流計算,建立了山洪災(zāi)害治理措施中河道整治研究工作的理論體系。 (3)通過全面分析和研究,確定了合志溝每個河段的斷面尺寸和堤防形式,同時對治理河段進行河道疏浚以此確保河道暢通。 (4)對治理河段劃分水土保持責(zé)任范圍,在治理過程中可能造成的水土流失進行了評價,說明水土保持的總體防治措施和水土保持監(jiān)測和管理;在治理過程中,對環(huán)境進行保護,,依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,對環(huán)境影響進行評價,采取相應(yīng)的環(huán)境保護措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation of Hezhi ditch in Jingchuan County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, this paper collects the data of meteorology, hydrogeology, engineering geology, levee construction and so on, and mainly studies the engineering measures and evaluation methods of mountain torrents disaster control in Hezigou. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of local mountain flood prevention and control project. The results of this study are as follows: (1) through collecting hydrology, geology, geomorphology and natural conditions of the study area, investigating the historical mountain torrents disaster, at the same time matching the runoff, flood, hydrogeology, stratigraphic lithology, sediment of Zhigou, Based on the analysis of river evolution and river facies, a safe, effective, scientific and reasonable mountain flood disaster control measure is worked out. (2) determine the width of the channel and the arrangement of the dike conductors, determine the form of the levee according to the actual situation of the study area, and then determine the height of the dike by the calculation of the water surface line, the top height of the embankment and the depth of erosion. The gravity retaining wall is put forward as the form of levee, and the stability calculation and seepage calculation are carried out, and the theoretical system of river course regulation research in mountain flood disaster control measures is established. (3) through the comprehensive analysis and research, the section size and dike form of each section of He-Zhi ditch are determined, and the river channel dredging is carried out to ensure the smooth flow of the river at the same time. (4) to divide the responsibility range of soil and water conservation in the river reach, and to evaluate the soil and water loss which may be caused in the course of control, and to explain the overall control measures of soil and water conservation and the monitoring and management of soil and water conservation; In the process of management, the environmental protection is carried out. According to the present environmental situation, the environmental impact is evaluated and the corresponding environmental protection measures are taken.
