【摘要】：準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識共抓長江大保護(hù)的科學(xué)意義既是中國一個(gè)理論問題,又是中國一個(gè)實(shí)踐問題。2016年1月5日,習(xí)近平總書記明確提出:當(dāng)前和今后相當(dāng)長一個(gè)時(shí)期,要把修復(fù)長江生態(tài)環(huán)境擺在壓倒性位置,共抓大保護(hù),不搞大開發(fā)。這是站在中華民族根本利益和長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略高度,為長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶乃至整個(gè)長江流域社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展指明了方向,標(biāo)志著長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)的重大戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變,是當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期需要堅(jiān)持的基本方針。如何準(zhǔn)確認(rèn)識共抓長江大保護(hù),對于指導(dǎo)我國林業(yè)建設(shè)和環(huán)境保護(hù)具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Accurately understanding the scientific significance of grasping the great protection of the Yangtze River is both a theoretical issue and a practical issue in China. On January 5, 2016, General Secretary Xi Jinping made it clear that: at present and for a long time to come, It is necessary to put the restoration of the ecological environment of the Yangtze River in an overwhelming position, and pay attention to the protection of the Yangtze River and refrain from developing it. Standing at the strategic level of the fundamental interests and long-term development of the Chinese nation, this has pointed out the direction for the social and economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and even the entire Yangtze River Basin, and marked a major strategic shift in the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is a basic policy that needs to be adhered to at present and for a period to come. How to grasp the Yangtze River protection accurately is of great significance for guiding forestry construction and environmental protection in China.
