水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組水力不平衡故障的自動(dòng)化辨識(shí)及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在大中型水力發(fā)電機(jī)組中,水力不平衡故障是較為常見的故障。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)該故障的自動(dòng)化判定和診斷,分析了水力不平衡故障產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理,闡述了水力不平衡對(duì)機(jī)組穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的影響,提出了用于辨識(shí)水力不平衡故障的指標(biāo)參數(shù)和自動(dòng)化辨識(shí)模型。通過多個(gè)電站的實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,該研究方法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)由于轉(zhuǎn)輪葉道不一致、葉型不一致、葉端間隙不一致等原因造成的水力不平衡故障的自動(dòng)化的檢測(cè)和診斷。該研究方法可用于水電站機(jī)組在線狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic imbalance is a common fault in large and medium hydropower units. In order to realize the automatic judgment and diagnosis of the fault, the mechanism of hydraulic imbalance fault is analyzed, and the influence of hydraulic imbalance on the stable operation of the unit is expounded. The index parameters and automatic identification model for identifying hydraulic imbalance faults are presented. The practical applications of several power stations show that the research method can realize the automatic detection and diagnosis of hydraulic imbalance faults caused by the impeller blade track inconsistency, blade shape inconsistency and blade tip clearance inconsistency. The research method can be used in the design and implementation of on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for hydropower units.
