【摘要】:丹江口水利樞紐多目標(biāo)調(diào)度是保障南水北調(diào)工程供水安全、充分發(fā)揮樞紐綜合興利效益的重要課題。如何統(tǒng)籌兼顧不同調(diào)度目標(biāo)間的用水關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)度方案的科學(xué)決策,是樞紐均衡調(diào)度的關(guān)鍵。在分析樞紐供水、發(fā)電、航運(yùn)等調(diào)度任務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了丹江口水利樞紐多目標(biāo)興利調(diào)度決策指標(biāo)體系;采用層級(jí)分析法對(duì)多個(gè)調(diào)度方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和決策,得到多目標(biāo)興利調(diào)度方案的均衡解。所得結(jié)論可為丹江口水利樞紐在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中制定調(diào)度方案提供參考。
[Abstract]:Multi-objective dispatching of Danjiangkou Water Conservancy Project is an important task to ensure the safety of water supply of South-to-North Water transfer Project and to give full play to the comprehensive benefit of the project. How to balance the relationship between different scheduling objectives and how to realize scientific decision of scheduling scheme is the key to balanced scheduling of hubs. On the basis of analyzing the dispatching tasks such as water supply, power generation, shipping and so on, the decision index system of multi-objective and beneficial dispatching for Danjiangkou water conservancy project is established, and the hierarchical analysis method is used to evaluate and make decisions on several dispatching schemes. The equilibrium solution of multi-objective scheduling scheme is obtained. The conclusion can be used as a reference for the actual operation of Danjiangkou water conservancy project.
