混凝土壩非穩(wěn)態(tài)施工過程異常監(jiān)控與管理研究

【摘要】:為有效管控混凝土壩非穩(wěn)態(tài)施工過程,針對(duì)施工過程中施工資源的時(shí)變性造成施工計(jì)劃變更頻繁、施工進(jìn)度難以保證等問題,首先對(duì)多域施工資源進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)一形式化描述,定義了施工任務(wù)與施工資源之間的關(guān)聯(lián)約束關(guān)系,然后對(duì)施工資源異常進(jìn)行分類定義并建立了單源、多源隨機(jī)資源異常事件的響應(yīng)機(jī)制與傳播算法,開發(fā)了可管控施工資源動(dòng)態(tài)變化的施工過程管理原型系統(tǒng),在某水電站主體工程施工過程中進(jìn)行原型應(yīng)用,取得了較好效果。該方法可作為施工仿真系統(tǒng)的有效補(bǔ)充用于水電工程施工過程管理。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively control the unsteady construction process of concrete dam, aiming at the problems such as frequent change of construction plan caused by time-varying of construction resources during construction process and difficulty in ensuring construction progress, the multi-domain construction resources are described in a unified formalized way. The relationship between construction task and construction resource is defined, then the anomaly of construction resource is classified and defined, and the response mechanism and propagation algorithm of single source, multi-source random resource anomaly event are established. The prototype system of construction process management which can control the dynamic change of construction resources is developed. The prototype is applied in the construction process of the main project of a hydropower station, and good results have been obtained. The method can be used as an effective supplement to the construction simulation system for the construction process management of hydropower projects.
