【摘要】：在京津冀一體化國家戰(zhàn)略背景下,京津冀三地的生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)合作必將加強(qiáng)。文章以官廳水庫水環(huán)境治理為例,通過地表水蓄積量、入庫河流斷面水質(zhì)綜合污染指數(shù)以及上游地區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)水源涵養(yǎng)服務(wù)價(jià)值等指標(biāo),評(píng)價(jià)京冀水資源生態(tài)合作建設(shè)成效,探討官廳水庫生態(tài)合作建設(shè)面臨的問題,并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的京津冀水資源生態(tài)合作提出建議和思路。
[Abstract]:Under the strategic background of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the ecological environment protection cooperation among the three places of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will be strengthened. Taking Guanting Reservoir as an example, the paper evaluates the effect of water resources ecological cooperation construction in Beijing and Hebei through the indexes of surface water volume, water quality comprehensive pollution index of river section and the value of ecosystem water conservation service in upstream area. This paper discusses the problems facing the construction of ecological cooperation in Guanting Reservoir, and puts forward some suggestions and ideas for further ecological cooperation of water resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province.
