長距離壓力流輸水系統(tǒng)有無支管水錘防護(hù)方案的比較分析

【摘要】:水是生命之源,是人類社會賴以生存和發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),而我國水資源在區(qū)域分布上是極其不均衡的,科學(xué)合理的分配水資源成為保障社會經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一項重要課題。我國幅員遼闊,,地形復(fù)雜,高差起伏較大,對長距離輸水工程的實(shí)施造成一定的難度。此外,隨著國家基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展、科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,管線設(shè)計由最初單一的輸水干管發(fā)展為復(fù)雜的干管帶多支管輸水管道,這也對長距離輸水管道的安全運(yùn)行增加了風(fēng)險性。尤其是在長距離壓力流輸水管道中,極易發(fā)生水錘現(xiàn)象,甚至是斷流彌合水錘事故。 本文針對長距離壓力流輸水系統(tǒng)有無支管的水錘防護(hù)方案進(jìn)行了比較分析,闡述了有壓輸水管道氣液兩相瞬變流的研究,簡要介紹了水柱分離現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的原因及管路中發(fā)生斷流時的計算方法,說明了水錘計算的基本微分方程式、特征線法的基本原理及有限差分方程式,并根據(jù)特征線法的計算條件,給出不同的邊界條件方程。在總結(jié)前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了有壓輸水管道帶支管對水錘波動的影響。 結(jié)合霍邱長距離輸水工程實(shí)例,通過簡化管路系統(tǒng)(即只有干管輸水)及還原管路系統(tǒng)(即輸水管道帶有支管)兩個方面,采取不同的水錘防護(hù)措施,比較分析了長距離壓力流輸水管道系統(tǒng)有無支管的水錘防護(hù)方案,驗證了支管對水錘防護(hù)的影響,同時提出最佳的水錘防護(hù)措施。
[Abstract]:Water is the source of life and an important material basis for the survival and development of human society. However, the regional distribution of water resources in China is extremely uneven. Scientific and rational allocation of water resources has become an important issue to ensure the sustainable development of social economy. Our country has a vast territory, complex terrain and great fluctuation of height, which makes it difficult to carry out the long distance water conveyance project. In addition, with the rapid development of the national infrastructure and the progress of science and technology, the pipeline design developed from the original single water mains to the complex mains with multi-branch water pipelines. This also increases the risk to the safe operation of long distance water conveyance pipeline. Especially in long distance pressure flow pipeline, water hammer is easy to occur, even water hammer accident. In this paper, the water hammer protection schemes of long distance pressure flow system with or without branch pipes are compared and analyzed, and the study of gas-liquid transient flow in pressurized water conveyance pipeline is described. This paper briefly introduces the causes of water column separation phenomenon and the calculation method when the water column is cut off in the pipeline, and explains the basic differential equation of water hammer calculation, the basic principle of characteristic line method and the finite difference equation. According to the calculation conditions of the characteristic line method, different boundary condition equations are given. On the basis of summing up the previous research results, the influence of branch pipe on water hammer fluctuation in pressurized water conveyance pipeline is analyzed. Combined with the example of Huoqiu long distance water conveyance project, different water hammer protection measures are adopted in the aspects of simplifying the pipeline system (that is, only the mainline water conveyance) and reducing the pipeline system (that is, the water conveyance pipeline with branch pipes). The protection scheme of water hammer with or without branch pipe in long distance pressure flow pipeline system is compared and analyzed. The influence of branch pipe on water hammer protection is verified and the best water hammer protection measures are put forward at the same time.
