明渠—前池—有壓引水系統(tǒng)水力瞬變過(guò)程計(jì)算研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)水電站明渠—前池—有壓引水系統(tǒng)水力瞬變過(guò)程中明渠段和有壓段時(shí)間步長(zhǎng)相差大、計(jì)算過(guò)程復(fù)雜等問(wèn)題,提出了有限差分法和特征線法相結(jié)合的計(jì)算方法。對(duì)明渠和有壓引水系統(tǒng)分別采用有限差分法與特征線法計(jì)算,把前池當(dāng)集中元件處理,聯(lián)合水輪機(jī)、調(diào)速器計(jì)算模型,采用統(tǒng)一的時(shí)間步長(zhǎng),在Simulink中采用模塊化編程,進(jìn)行過(guò)渡過(guò)程計(jì)算。將模型應(yīng)用于MZD水電站水力瞬變過(guò)程計(jì)算,得到關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)調(diào)壓室的最高涌浪水位計(jì)算值為2 178.96 m,而物理試驗(yàn)值為2 178.57 m,二者非常接近。調(diào)壓室水位波動(dòng)過(guò)程線與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果亦吻合良好。研究表明,有限差分法和特征線法相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了明渠段和有壓段時(shí)間步長(zhǎng)的統(tǒng)一,降低了計(jì)算的復(fù)雜程度,可用于明渠—前池—有壓引水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In view of the large difference of time step between open channel and pressure section in hydraulic transient process of open channel, forepool and pressure diversion system of hydropower station, and the complexity of calculation process, the method of combining finite difference method and characteristic line method is put forward. The open channel and pressurized water diversion system are calculated by the finite difference method and the characteristic line method respectively. The front pool is treated as a centralized element, the calculation model of the combined turbine and governor is adopted, the unified time step is adopted, and the modular programming is adopted in Simulink. Calculate the transition process. The model is applied to the calculation of hydraulic transient process of MZD Hydropower Station. The maximum surge water level of the key node surge chamber is 2 178.96 m and the physical test value is 2 178.57 m, which is very close to each other. The process line of water level fluctuation in the surge chamber is in good agreement with the experimental results. The results show that the combination of finite difference method and characteristic line method can realize the unification of the time step between the open channel section and the pressure section, and reduce the complexity of calculation. It can be used in the design of open channel, forepool and pressurized water diversion system.
