錦屏一級水電站三灘砂石系統(tǒng)干法制砂工藝淺析

【摘要】:錦屏一級水電站三灘砂石加工系統(tǒng)采用選粉機全干法生產(chǎn)工藝,與傳統(tǒng)水洗制砂工藝模式相比,干法制砂工藝用水量大幅度降低,不需修建供水系統(tǒng)和污水處理設(shè)施,且生產(chǎn)過程中不需要處理大量廢水,只需對噴霧降塵用水和打掃衛(wèi)生沖洗用水進行簡單處理即可循環(huán)使用,節(jié)省了大量資源,也更加利于環(huán)保。詳細介紹了干法制砂的工藝流程以及生產(chǎn)過程中的出現(xiàn)問題,并提出了相應的解決措施。工程實踐表明:在采用干法制砂工藝后,成功解決了錦屏工程原狀砂級配差和石粉含量高的問題,為水電工程人工制砂探索了新路。
[Abstract]:The Santan sand and stone processing system of Jinping I Hydropower Station adopts the whole dry production technology of the separator. Compared with the traditional water washing and sand making technology, the water consumption of the dry sand making process is greatly reduced. There is no need to build water supply system and sewage treatment facilities. In the process of production, there is no need to treat a large amount of wastewater, but simply treating the water for spray and dust control and cleaning and washing can be recycled, which saves a lot of resources and is more beneficial to environmental protection. The process flow of dry sand and the problems in production are introduced in detail, and the corresponding solving measures are put forward. The engineering practice shows that the problems of high grade difference of raw sand and high content of stone powder are solved successfully after adopting dry sand making technology, and a new road is explored for artificial sand making in hydropower project.
