內(nèi)河架空墩式碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)性能退化研究及可靠度分析

【摘要】:在設(shè)計基準期內(nèi),港口工程鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在自然環(huán)境和荷載等作用下,材料強度隨時間的退化,導(dǎo)致受力構(gòu)件的抗力隨時間發(fā)生衰減,最終導(dǎo)致碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)的承載能力的逐漸退化。本文以重鋼石灰石運輸系統(tǒng)擴能改造項目碼頭工程為依托,根據(jù)內(nèi)河架空墩式碼頭在運營期間載荷環(huán)境的特點,結(jié)合水位的升降過程,分別以船舶撞擊力、船舶系纜力、水流力為主導(dǎo)可變作用,分析各荷載模型下靠船墩樁基和立柱在不同荷載工況組合下的受力情況;將抗力基本參數(shù)經(jīng)時變化規(guī)律和統(tǒng)計特征引入受力構(gòu)件抗力計算公式,計算抗力的時變統(tǒng)計值;應(yīng)用可靠度理論對受力構(gòu)件承載能力進行可靠度分析。主要完成以下工作:首先,從構(gòu)件強度退化為出發(fā)點,分析總結(jié)前人對于港口工程鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)強度的退化理論,根據(jù)規(guī)范上的受力構(gòu)件抗力計算公式,綜合考慮抗力基本參數(shù)隨時間變化規(guī)律和統(tǒng)計特征,分析計算抗力隨時間的變化值。基于港口工程結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度理論,對作用在港工結(jié)構(gòu)上的荷載效應(yīng)的分布參數(shù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,為下文進行可靠度分析做準備。然后,結(jié)合工程實例,利用有限元軟件ANSYS對架空墩式碼頭靠船墩進行靜力計算,分別以船舶系纜力、船舶撞擊力、水流力為主導(dǎo)可變作用,對各不同工況組合下各受力構(gòu)件的彎矩、剪力、軸力效應(yīng)進行分析。最后,結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度的理論,建立港口工程結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力極限方程,根據(jù)JC法的迭代流程通過編程對各主要受力構(gòu)件在結(jié)構(gòu)使用期期內(nèi)各代表時刻的時變可靠指標(biāo)進行求解并分析。
[Abstract]:During the design reference period, under the action of natural environment and load, the material strength of the reinforced concrete structure of port engineering degenerates with time, which results in the resistance of the subjected members to decay with time. Finally, it leads to the gradual degradation of the bearing capacity of the wharf structure. Based on the project of capacity expansion and reconstruction of limestone transportation system of Chongqing Iron and Steel Company, according to the characteristics of loading environment of inland river piers during operation, combined with the rising and falling process of water level, the paper uses the impact force of ship and the cable force of ship respectively. The flow force is the dominant variable action, the stress of pile foundation and column under different load conditions under various load models is analyzed, and the basic parameters of resistance are introduced into the formula of resistance calculation. The time-varying statistical value of resistance is calculated, and the reliability analysis of the bearing capacity of the bearing member is carried out by using the reliability theory. The main works are as follows: firstly, from the point of view of strength degradation of members, this paper analyzes and summarizes the previous theories of strength degradation of reinforced concrete structures in port engineering. Considering the variation of basic parameters of resistance with time and statistical characteristics, the variation value of resistance with time is analyzed and calculated. Based on the reliability theory of port engineering structure, the distribution parameters of load effect on port structure are statistically analyzed, and the reliability analysis is made for the following analysis. Then, combined with the engineering example, the static calculation of the pier of the overhead pier is carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS. The main variable functions are the ship cable force, the ship impact force and the water current force, respectively. The effects of bending moment, shear force and axial force on the members under different working conditions are analyzed. Finally, combined with the theory of structural reliability, the limit equation of loading capacity of port engineering structure is established. According to the iterative procedure of JC method, the time-varying reliability indexes of each main force member during the life of the structure are solved and analyzed by programming.
