水平井蒸汽流動(dòng)與傳熱規(guī)律研究
[Abstract]:As a kind of unconventional crude oil resource, heavy oil plays a vital role in the development of our economy. At present, horizontal well steam injection production is an important way of heavy oil production in China, and its recovery effect largely depends on the steam quality at the bottom of the well. And the diffusion of steam in the reservoir. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the flow and heat transfer of steam in horizontal wells. In this paper, the heat transfer model of steam flow in vertical shaft is established, and the numerical method is used to solve it. The calculation program is compiled, and the distribution law of steam thermodynamic parameters along the shaft is obtained. The sensitivity of steam injection parameters and the effect of steam injection time on bottom steam parameters are analyzed. On the basis of considering radial distribution of steam injection sieve pipe, the flow heat transfer model of steam in horizontal well tube is established. The pore friction loss caused by steam injection hole is considered in the model, and the leakage size of steam injection hole is determined by combining reservoir physical property with steam pressure. The distribution of steam parameters in horizontal wellbore is obtained by solving the model. It is found that increasing steam injection rate and dryness can effectively increase the steam dryness of toe in horizontal well. It is found that the steam distribution is uneven in the existing pipe string, and then the optimization method of steam injection string is put forward, the open hole density of steam injection sieve pipe is optimized, and the mass distribution of steam at the bottom of horizontal well is realized.
