內(nèi)蒙古L水廠強(qiáng)化除砷改造工程

【摘要】:L水廠是內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)B市市區(qū)的主要供水廠,供水能力為4.4×104m3/d,目前水廠僅設(shè)置無閥濾池用于去除原水中的鐵、錳,而對砷的去除效果較差。針對L水廠現(xiàn)有工藝狀況及出水水質(zhì)特征,采用投加除砷藥劑后對管式靜態(tài)混合器、跌水曝氣、過濾等工藝進(jìn)行改造。實(shí)際運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,改造后工藝出水中砷、鐵、錳及濁度數(shù)值分別穩(wěn)定在9μg/L、0.05 mg/L、0.02 mg/L、0.4 NTU以內(nèi),均滿足現(xiàn)行《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 5749—2006)。此外,工藝改造成本約為15元/m3,運(yùn)行成本增加值0.01元/m3。
