混凝土載體樁受力特性及設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:在普灣新區(qū)的建設(shè)過(guò)程中,工程中遇到了比較復(fù)雜的地質(zhì)條件,在這種情況下,普通的預(yù)制樁和灌注樁達(dá)不到承載力的要求,根據(jù)這種情況,工程上采用了一種新型的樁,即載體樁。載體樁和一般的樁基存在著較大的不同,載體樁是一種典型的端承樁,主要靠樁端承受荷載,樁端所承受的荷載占整個(gè)樁所承受的荷載的80%以上,載體樁更不同于擴(kuò)底樁,載體樁的施工過(guò)程中,在形成載體的過(guò)程中,加入一些高強(qiáng)度的碎石塊等等,然后進(jìn)行強(qiáng)夯,形成致密的結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)而形成擴(kuò)大的載體結(jié)果。它的受力機(jī)理和一般的樁基礎(chǔ)存在著較大的差別。鑒于這種情況,本文展開(kāi)了這項(xiàng)研究。從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的試驗(yàn)中,得到了載體樁的Q-s曲線,并且對(duì)載體樁的極限承載力給出了值,根據(jù)Q-s曲線,可以為下文的ABAQUS數(shù)值模擬做出較好的校驗(yàn)。根據(jù)規(guī)范,對(duì)載體樁的極限承載力特征值進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得出的值比現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)的數(shù)值要小,這是合理的,因?yàn)橐?guī)范所算出來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù)是保守的,再根據(jù)規(guī)范,得出同等條件下灌注樁的承載力,載體樁的極限承載力是灌注樁的3倍多,可見(jiàn),載體樁使樁基礎(chǔ)的承載力大大提高。除此之外,利用規(guī)范對(duì)載體樁的載體的直徑進(jìn)行估算,為下一章的模擬做好數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備,最后對(duì)載體樁的最優(yōu)樁距進(jìn)行了研究,得出了合理的樁距,并且和工程的建筑施工圖比較吻合。在Q-s曲線上,本文運(yùn)用ABAQUS軟件進(jìn)行模擬,建立兩個(gè)模型,即載體樁和普通的灌注樁,它們基于同等的條件下,地質(zhì)條件相同,樁徑的大小也一樣,唯一的區(qū)別是載體樁有載體這一部分。通過(guò)模擬,分別得到兩種不同的沉降曲線,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)和其他的大量的試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)載體樁的Q-s曲線是緩變型。在受力機(jī)理上,載體樁的受力情況和普通的灌注樁存在著較大的差別,在載體樁載體的周?chē)馏w上,應(yīng)力呈現(xiàn)出比較均勻的分布,普通灌注樁周邊存在著應(yīng)力集中的現(xiàn)象,這一點(diǎn)使整個(gè)受力體系存在著較大的差別。最后,本文對(duì)載體樁的Q-s曲線進(jìn)行了曲線擬合,得出公式:y=1-e-Ax A∈(-0.00133,0.00108),可以作為簡(jiǎn)單的公式用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工。
