基于太陽能利用的山東村鎮(zhèn)住宅采暖設(shè)計優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來在國家節(jié)能減排政策的推動下,太陽能建筑得到了日益普及。我國廣大農(nóng)村地區(qū),,幅員遼闊,太陽能資源格外豐富。針對制約山東寒冷地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅節(jié)能建設(shè)中存在的問題,對調(diào)研地區(qū)利用太陽能采暖的典型住宅進行調(diào)查、測試、分析與優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究,以期設(shè)計出一套較系統(tǒng)完善的被動式太陽能采暖方案,為山東新型社區(qū)節(jié)能改造提供參考和借鑒。 調(diào)研初期首先通過查閱與本課題相關(guān)的書籍文獻,選取調(diào)研對象,設(shè)計出調(diào)研問卷、測試統(tǒng)計表格,于2011年冬天對調(diào)研對象進行了實地考察,后續(xù)對當(dāng)?shù)亟陙碜≌矫嫘问降陌l(fā)展演變與采暖模式進行了深入調(diào)研,以采暖方式為主線,尋找到采暖模式與住宅平面形式之間的聯(lián)系,為研究山東村鎮(zhèn)住宅的冬季采暖能耗打好基礎(chǔ)。 針對當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)村住宅特點以及住戶頻繁外出習(xí)慣,結(jié)合對室內(nèi)外測試溫度、主觀溫度值及住戶冷熱感覺,提出了:“基于住宅平面形式以及常駐某房間時間長短來設(shè)計室內(nèi)溫度指標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”。選取當(dāng)?shù)仄胀ㄞr(nóng)宅與加建陽光房的農(nóng)宅進行溫度對比試驗,結(jié)合主觀問卷調(diào)查、能耗計算的比較,得出有加建陽光房的農(nóng)宅在保溫、節(jié)能方面有明顯優(yōu)勢。 最后以調(diào)研地區(qū)典型的農(nóng)村住宅作為研究對象,對其進行了戶型調(diào)整、一系列的節(jié)能改造措施、通風(fēng)采光優(yōu)化設(shè)計等,通過DeST-h、phoenics2009、ecotect和radiance模擬軟件對方案改造前后的能耗、通風(fēng)、采光進行了對比分析,驗證了改造效果。 文章分為六部分,第一部分為緒論,介紹本課題研究的現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)容與方法、目的與意義等;第二部分主要對基于采暖模式的山東農(nóng)村四種住宅平面形式進行了分析;第三部分對山東農(nóng)村住宅室內(nèi)熱舒適溫度進行研究并提出山東農(nóng)村農(nóng)村住宅室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境設(shè)計計算標(biāo)準(zhǔn);第四部分對山東農(nóng)村典型的太陽房和普通農(nóng)宅進行了溫度測試分析;第五部分以山東農(nóng)村典型住宅作為研究對象,針對現(xiàn)狀存在的問題,進行了一系列改造優(yōu)化措施,并用模擬軟件進行了驗證。最后一部分是總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the promotion of national energy saving and emission reduction policy, solar buildings have been more and more popular. China's vast rural areas, vast territory, solar energy resources are particularly rich. In view of the problems existing in the construction of energy-saving residential buildings in the cold areas of Shandong Province, this paper investigates, tests, analyzes and optimizes the design of typical residential buildings using solar energy heating in the investigated areas. In order to design a set of system perfect passive solar heating scheme, provide reference and reference for the new type of community energy saving transformation in Shandong Province. In the early stage of the investigation, through consulting the books and literature related to this topic, selecting the research objects, designing the survey questionnaire and testing statistical forms, in the winter of 2011, the research objects were inspected on the spot. In the following three decades, the development and evolution of the residential flat form and the heating mode have been deeply investigated, and the relationship between the heating mode and the residential flat form has been found out by taking the heating mode as the main line, and finding the relationship between the heating mode and the residential flat form. In order to study the winter heating energy consumption of villages and towns in Shandong Province, a good foundation is laid. According to the characteristics of the local rural housing and the frequent going out habits of the residents, combined with the indoor and outdoor test temperature, subjective temperature value and the residents' feeling of cold and heat, This paper puts forward the design of indoor temperature index standard based on the flat form of residence and the length of time of residence in a room. The temperature contrast test was carried out between the local common farm house and the farm house built with sunshine house, combined with the subjective questionnaire survey and the comparison of energy consumption calculation, it was concluded that the farm house with additional sunlight house had obvious advantages in heat preservation and energy saving. Finally, taking the typical rural housing in the investigated area as the research object, this paper has carried on the household type adjustment, a series of energy saving reform measures, the ventilation and lighting optimization design and so on, through the DeST-h,phoenics2009, has carried on the household type adjustment to it. Ecotect and radiance simulation software are used to compare the energy consumption, ventilation and daylighting before and after the scheme transformation, and the results are verified. The article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the current situation, contents and methods, the purpose and significance of this subject, etc. The second part mainly analyzes the four kinds of residential flat forms based on heating mode in Shandong rural areas. The third part studies the indoor thermal comfort temperature of Shandong rural housing and puts forward the calculation standard of indoor thermal environment of Shandong rural residential house. The fourth part carries on the temperature test and analysis to the typical solar house and the ordinary farm house in Shandong rural area. The fifth part takes Shandong rural typical housing as the research object, according to the present situation existing problems, carried on a series of reform optimization measures, and carried on the verification with the simulation software. The last part is summary and prospect.
