模擬酸沉降環(huán)境混凝土梁承載性能研究

【摘要】:酸雨環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土梁力學(xué)性能的變化規(guī)律是揭示整個結(jié)構(gòu)承載力和耐久性的前提和基礎(chǔ)。參考我國典型城市酸雨的化學(xué)組成,分別配置PH1.5與PH2.5的硫酸、硝酸混合溶液來模擬不同酸度的酸雨;自行設(shè)計制作了人工降雨器模擬降雨;澆筑了11根120mm×200mm×1900mm的鋼筋混凝土梁。分別采用完全浸泡、干濕交替、人工降雨等加速腐蝕試驗方法,對10根鋼筋混凝土梁進(jìn)行加速腐蝕。對不同濃度溶液下經(jīng)歷不同腐蝕時間的鋼筋混凝土梁,分別利用超聲方法測試了混凝土損傷厚度和抗壓強度,利用動力試驗方法評價混凝土梁的整體特性,并對梁的抗彎性能進(jìn)行了抗彎實驗研究。得到了不同侵蝕狀態(tài)混凝土梁混凝土損傷厚度、構(gòu)件剛度、構(gòu)件開裂荷載、極限承載等力學(xué)性能;對比分析了不同加速腐蝕條件下混凝土梁抗彎性能的退化規(guī)律,得到了混凝土強度、構(gòu)件頻率以及抗彎強度與混凝土梁損傷程度之間的定量關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:人工降雨與干濕交替兩種方法對混凝土梁抗彎性能的影響基本相似,較浸泡方法變化得到的混凝土梁抗彎性能的退化性能更為顯著。
[Abstract]:The variation of mechanical properties of reinforced concrete beams under acid rain is the premise and foundation for revealing the bearing capacity and durability of the whole structure. According to the chemical composition of acid rain in typical cities of China, sulfuric acid and nitric acid solution of PH1.5 and PH2.5 were used to simulate acid rain with different acidity, and artificial rainers were designed and made to simulate rainfall. Eleven 120mm 脳 200mm 脳 1900mm reinforced concrete beams were cast. The accelerated corrosion tests of 10 reinforced concrete beams were carried out by immersion, dry-wet alternation, artificial rainfall and other accelerated corrosion tests respectively. The damage thickness and compressive strength of reinforced concrete beams with different corrosion time under different concentration of solution were tested by ultrasonic method, and the overall characteristics of concrete beams were evaluated by dynamic test method, and the damage thickness and compressive strength of concrete beams were measured by ultrasonic method. The bending behavior of the beam is studied experimentally. The mechanical properties of concrete beams with different erosion conditions, such as concrete damage thickness, member stiffness, member cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity, are obtained. The degradation rules of flexural behavior of concrete beams under different accelerated corrosion conditions are compared and analyzed. The quantitative relations among the strength of concrete, the frequency of members and the flexural strength and the damage degree of concrete beams are obtained. The results show that the effects of artificial rainfall and dry-wet alternation on flexural properties of concrete beams are basically similar, and the degradation of flexural properties of concrete beams is more obvious than that of immersion methods.
