商業(yè)群落的整合設計研究
[Abstract]:China is in the period of rapid urban development, the rapid urbanization process promotes the urban commercial center to the direction of high density. There are more and more commercial building projects that drive the economic development of the region, and the isolated commercial buildings can not meet the functional needs of the commercial center. Therefore, the commercial community with the characteristics of large scale, flexible layout, diverse functional organization, traffic flow lines and so on, has become the main business planning model of the commercial center. However, under the actual conditions, the commercial communities in China are mostly based on the original transformation of isolated commercial units. Due to the influence of a series of objective factors, some commercial communities in the commercial community are scattered and the relationship between them is not close. The transition of business forms is not smooth and other objective existence, resulting in the commercial community of some forms of overcrowding, some business forms of the phenomenon of Menco lark. This paper attempts to use the architectural design method, starting from the whole, comprehensively coordinating and connecting the various buildings in the commercial community, so that they can permeate and merge each other, thus forming a continuous, organic and integrated commercial space. Accomplish the purpose of activating the commercial building community. Under the purpose of this study, this paper first describes the theoretical background of the formation of commercial communities, combs the development of commercial communities, and studies the current situation of commercial communities. According to the practical experience at home and abroad, the enlightenment of successful case in the whole construction of commercial community and the problems in the failure case are summarized. Through the analysis and research on the current situation of commercial community development, this paper puts forward the necessity of designing commercial community, and lays the groundwork for the next research. This paper analyzes the development of commercial building community, and puts forward the basic components of commercial community integration design. Based on the research on the integration design of commercial community, this paper analyzes the successful cases at home and abroad, and points out the design content that is necessary for the commercial community to achieve the purpose of activation. This paper summarizes two aspects of the integration design of commercial community: the integration of material level and the integration of spiritual level. Then, based on the composition of the commercial community integration design, the guiding principles of the commercial community integration design and the feasibility of the integrated design of the built commercial community are summarized. Take the excellent successful case as the forerunner, supplement the previous theoretical research deficiency and regret. The guiding principle includes two aspects: design principle and layout principle. It is intended to guide each individual in the commercial community to overcome their own limitations, compatible symbiosis, from the architectural design to the layout of planning to organic integration, the goal of unified planning. The feasibility problem is to study whether the built commercial community is suitable for integration design from four aspects: market, traffic, business form and environment, and then summarize the design method of commercial community integration design. Summed up the commercial community of various forms of planning, spatial convergence, streamline organization of the specific model. And the integration of public space to stimulate the vitality of commercial communities, landscape environment to create a commercial community atmosphere. The integrated design method of commercial community from outside to inside achieves the effect of "the whole is greater than the sum of parts", in order to realize the research purpose of activating the whole commercial community. Finally, based on the actual operation of the typical cases in the design of commercial community, the paper further confirms the guiding principles and design methods analyzed and summarized above, and makes an empirical application of the research in this paper. In order to provide a real reference for the actual construction.
