高層住宅小區(qū)生態(tài)景觀設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:強(qiáng)調(diào)科學(xué)、崇尚自然,遵循設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)律的生態(tài)景觀設(shè)計(jì)是建立適宜的居住環(huán)境,確保人類生活環(huán)境和生態(tài)平衡協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。隨著社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化水平的穩(wěn)步提高,住宅建筑行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展以及人們逐步增加的物質(zhì)、精神需求,高層住宅小區(qū)的建設(shè)模式在住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)中有著越來越重要的地位,并在城市建設(shè)中逐漸普及,其高容積率和低覆蓋率的特性,緩解了城市住房用地緊張的矛盾。 與傳統(tǒng)的單元式多層住宅、聯(lián)排或獨(dú)棟別墅的庭院式景觀設(shè)計(jì)相比較,現(xiàn)代城市中高層住宅小區(qū)的生態(tài)景觀設(shè)計(jì)因其建筑高度的特殊性,成為現(xiàn)代城市居住區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和營(yíng)造中最為主要的組成部分。如何將自然、優(yōu)美的戶外環(huán)境引入高層居民的生活空間,如何創(chuàng)造一個(gè)滿足居民生活需求,有利于創(chuàng)建和諧鄰里關(guān)系的公共景觀環(huán)境,成為住宅行業(yè)近年來積極探索的重點(diǎn)。 本文以高速城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程導(dǎo)致的城市居住形態(tài)變遷為基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外高層住宅區(qū)環(huán)境景觀設(shè)計(jì)研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,立足于高層住宅區(qū)容積率過高、局部氣候差、景觀營(yíng)造特殊等環(huán)境特點(diǎn),針對(duì)高層住宅小區(qū)園林與建筑關(guān)系比例失衡、制度制約不夠、景觀過于集中、重展示輕實(shí)用等景觀規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀,逐層展開,在分析了現(xiàn)代城市高層住宅小區(qū)生態(tài)景觀設(shè)計(jì)過程中所涉及的高層住宅建筑、景觀環(huán)境、生態(tài)構(gòu)建等相關(guān)概念,地形、植被、水體、鋪裝、景觀小品、景觀照明、配套設(shè)施等景觀設(shè)計(jì)要素以及當(dāng)前高層住宅小區(qū)景觀綠化存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,,依據(jù)居民在高層住宅區(qū)的行為心理需求,架空層綠化、墻面綠化、屋頂綠化、空中庭院綠化、室內(nèi)綠化等高層住宅景觀設(shè)計(jì)要素以及新型材料、施工技術(shù),嘗試總結(jié)出高層住宅小區(qū)以人為本、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用、園林美學(xué)、景觀生態(tài)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展、地方性、顯露自然等生態(tài)景觀設(shè)計(jì)原則及生態(tài)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的完整框架。 最后,文章歸納出高層住宅區(qū)總體規(guī)劃、綠地、園林建筑、植物配置、道路系統(tǒng)、配套設(shè)施等具體設(shè)計(jì)方法,同時(shí)就新型建筑材料、新型栽培技術(shù)、3d打印技術(shù)等科技前沿可能對(duì)高層住宅區(qū)生態(tài)景觀設(shè)計(jì)帶來的影響進(jìn)行了展望。以期改善高層住宅生態(tài)環(huán)境,進(jìn)一步完善城市人居環(huán)境生態(tài)景觀系統(tǒng),為居民創(chuàng)造一個(gè)舒適宜人的居住環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The ecological landscape design, which emphasizes science, advocates nature and follows the design law, is the basis of establishing suitable living environment and ensuring the harmonious development of human living environment and ecological balance. With the continuous development of society and economy, the steady improvement of urbanization level, the rapid development of residential construction industry and the increasing material and spiritual needs of people, The construction mode of high-rise residential district plays a more and more important role in the housing industry and is gradually popularized in urban construction. Its characteristics of high volume ratio and low coverage rate alleviate the contradiction of the shortage of urban housing land. Compared with the traditional courtyard landscape design of unit multi-story house, townhouse or single-family villa, the ecological landscape design of high-rise residential district in modern city is due to the particularity of its architectural height. It has become the most important part in the planning, design and construction of modern urban residential areas. How to introduce the natural and beautiful outdoor environment into the living space of the high-rise residents, how to create a public landscape environment which meets the needs of the residents and is conducive to the establishment of harmonious neighborhood relations has become the focus of active exploration in the residential industry in recent years. Based on the changes of urban residential forms caused by the process of high-speed urbanization and the analysis of the present situation of environmental landscape design of high-rise residential areas at home and abroad, this paper is based on the high volume rate of high-rise residential areas and poor local climate. In view of the special environmental characteristics of landscape construction, aiming at the imbalance of the relationship between garden and architecture in high-rise residential area, the system restriction is not enough, the landscape is too centralized, and the present situation of landscape planning, such as putting emphasis on display rather than practicality, is carried out layer by layer. In this paper, the related concepts of high-rise residential buildings, landscape environment, ecological construction, topography, vegetation, water body, pavement, landscape sketch, landscape lighting are analyzed in the process of ecological landscape design of high-rise residential district in modern city. On the basis of the landscape design elements such as supporting facilities and the existing problems of landscape greening in high-rise residential areas, according to the psychological needs of residents' behavior in the high-rise residential areas, the aerial greening, the wall greening, the roof greening, the aerial courtyard greening, Interior greening and other high-rise residential landscape design elements and new materials, construction technology, try to summarize the high-rise residential district people-oriented, economic and practical, garden aesthetics, landscape ecology, sustainable development, local, The principle of ecological landscape design and the complete frame of ecological landscape design are revealed. Finally, the article summarizes the general planning, green space, garden architecture, plant configuration, road system, supporting facilities and other specific design methods of high-rise residential areas, and at the same time, on the new building materials, new cultivation technology, The impact of 3D printing technology on ecological landscape design of high-rise residential areas is prospected. The purpose of this paper is to improve the ecological environment of high-rise residential buildings, to further improve the ecological landscape system of urban human settlements, and to create a comfortable and pleasant living environment for residents.
