【摘要】：在加快建設(shè)速度、提高居住品質(zhì)、節(jié)省社會資源、實現(xiàn)建筑生態(tài)可持續(xù)住宅的建設(shè)背景下，本論文試圖研究模塊化思想以及模塊化思想在現(xiàn)代住宅設(shè)計中的運用來解決我國現(xiàn)代住宅建設(shè)發(fā)展中存在的問題，探索一種模塊化思想指導下的現(xiàn)代住宅的建設(shè)方式。 模塊化思想是采用分解組合的原理，把復雜的事物簡單有序化，達到快速、高效、高質(zhì)的結(jié)果。模塊化設(shè)計是模塊化思想在具體領(lǐng)域中的運用，根據(jù)功能、性能、規(guī)格等屬性的不同，把一個事物分成若干個模塊，通過對模塊的選擇和組合最終得到不同的產(chǎn)品。模塊化思想在現(xiàn)代住宅的設(shè)計中運用可以提高現(xiàn)代住宅的建設(shè)速度和質(zhì)量，解決目前住宅需求量大、建設(shè)速度慢、耗力耗資等問題。現(xiàn)代住宅的模塊化設(shè)計有利于建立統(tǒng)一的標準化體系，推動住宅的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展；有利于住宅模塊的工廠定制和精細化設(shè)計，提高建設(shè)效率和居住品質(zhì)；有利于用最少的模塊單元組合出最多樣的產(chǎn)品，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的多樣化。 本論文通過研究國內(nèi)外模塊化思想運用的成功案例，分析模塊化思想的幾種表現(xiàn)形式，如裝配式大板住宅、集成住宅、盒子住宅、集裝箱住宅等，，總結(jié)出模塊化住宅的優(yōu)缺點、設(shè)計原則、結(jié)構(gòu)形式和先進性。從模塊化思想的角度來研究現(xiàn)代住宅的功能模塊以及功能模塊的組合方式，并且探討模塊化思想在現(xiàn)代住宅設(shè)計中運用如何滿足用戶的多樣化需求，如何提高居住的舒適性。模塊化思想在現(xiàn)代住宅設(shè)計中的運用改變了現(xiàn)代住宅的建設(shè)方式，也為現(xiàn)代住宅實現(xiàn)百年建筑做出了貢獻。 模塊化思想對現(xiàn)代住宅設(shè)計的運用的發(fā)展初期會受到一些挫折和制約因素，但隨著模塊化思想在現(xiàn)代住宅設(shè)計中運用的探索和發(fā)展，有些制約因素必定會縮小或者消除。模塊化思想在現(xiàn)代住宅設(shè)計中的運用具有先進意義，是一種行之有效的建設(shè)方法。
[Abstract]:Under the background of speeding up the construction speed, improving the living quality, saving social resources and realizing the construction of the building ecological sustainable residence, This paper attempts to study the modularization thought and its application in modern housing design to solve the problems existing in the development of modern housing construction in China, and to explore a modern housing construction mode under the guidance of modularization thought. The idea of modularization is to use the principle of decomposition and combination, to make complex things simple and orderly, and to achieve the result of fast, high efficiency and high quality. Modular design is the application of modularization idea in specific fields. According to the different properties of function, performance and specification, a thing is divided into several modules, and finally different products are obtained through the selection and combination of modules. The application of modularization in the design of modern housing can improve the construction speed and quality of modern housing, and solve the problems of large demand for housing, slow construction speed, cost of energy and so on. The modular design of modern housing is conducive to the establishment of a unified standardized system to promote the development of housing industrialization, the factory customization and fine design of housing modules, and the improvement of construction efficiency and living quality. It is advantageous to combine the most diverse products with the least number of module units and realize the diversification of the products. Through studying the successful cases of modularization thought at home and abroad, this paper analyzes several forms of modularization thought, such as assembled large plate house, integrated house, box house, container house and so on, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of modular housing. Design principles, structural forms and advanced nature. From the perspective of modularization, this paper studies the functional modules and the combination of functional modules of modern housing, and discusses how to use modularization in modern housing design to meet the diverse needs of users and how to improve the comfort of housing. The application of modularization in modern housing design has changed the construction mode of modern housing and contributed to the realization of modern housing for a hundred years. The application of modularization thought to the application of modern housing design will be subject to some setbacks and constraints at the initial stage, but with the exploration and development of the application of modularization thought in modern housing design, some restrictive factors will inevitably be reduced or eliminated. The application of modularization in modern housing design is of advanced significance and is an effective construction method.
