【摘要】：根據(jù)波紋腹板梁翼緣局部失穩(wěn)的特性提出波紋腹板H型鋼梁翼緣局部失穩(wěn)的理論計算模型,指出波紋腹板梁翼緣失穩(wěn)相當(dāng)于兩加載邊簡支,一非加載邊彈性轉(zhuǎn)動約束的彈性板。由理論推導(dǎo)得到了翼緣局部彈性屈曲應(yīng)力計算公式,利用有限元分析驗(yàn)證了該理論模型的有效性。同時探討了受拉翼緣、梁的長度以及腹板參數(shù)變化對受壓翼緣局部失穩(wěn)的影響,最后根據(jù)有限元計算結(jié)果給出了可供工程設(shè)計參考的翼緣寬厚比限值計算公式。
[Abstract]:Based on the local instability of the flange of corrugated web beam, a theoretical model for calculating the local instability of flange of corrugated web H-type steel beam is presented. It is pointed out that the instability of flange of corrugated web beam is equivalent to that of a elastic plate with two simply supported edges and an elastic rotation constraint of non-loaded edge. The formula of local elastic buckling stress of flange is derived and the validity of the model is verified by finite element analysis. At the same time, the influence of the length of the flange, the length of the beam and the web parameters on the local instability of the flange under compression is discussed. Finally, based on the finite element calculation results, the calculation formula of the flange width to thickness ratio for engineering design is given.
