【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的高速發(fā)展，城市的規(guī)模在容量和空間上不斷擴(kuò)張，必然導(dǎo)致的結(jié)果便是城市化進(jìn)程速度的加快。原來建在城郊的工廠驟然變成在城市中心，馬上面臨拆遷還是改造利用的選擇。歐美經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國家已經(jīng)歷了這一選擇，并把舊工業(yè)建筑改造利用列為為重點政策，進(jìn)行了比較深入的理論研究和成功的實踐。國內(nèi)近年也有不少的理論研究，也有如北京“798”之類的成功案例。但是，對于舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間改造利用的研究并不多見，而這一點利用恰恰是決定一個舊工業(yè)建筑是拆除重建還是改造利用的關(guān)鍵。本文擬從理論和實踐兩方面對舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間的改造利用進(jìn)行研究，提供理論支撐和實例參考。論文分為五個章節(jié)，具體如下： 首先，闡述了研究的目的，從文史、經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)等方面闡述了研究的意義，并對舊工業(yè)建筑改造利用涉及的相關(guān)概念及改造與利用之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行闡述，為下步的研究進(jìn)行鋪墊。 其次，通過對國內(nèi)、外舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間改造的理論研究及實踐的研究分析，進(jìn)一步論證舊工業(yè)建筑的改造利用具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。指出舊工業(yè)建筑的改造利用“從單一樣式向多樣化發(fā)展”的趨勢，歸納出舊工業(yè)建筑的改造利用需要注意的“三原則”，即：注意生態(tài)性；充分考慮人的因素；最大限度地利用好現(xiàn)有空間。 第三，強(qiáng)調(diào)在對舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間的改造利用過程中，，必須懷著對舊建筑尊重的設(shè)計原則進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計，在分析舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間的基礎(chǔ)上，分別闡述局部空間重構(gòu)的方式及原則，整體空間重構(gòu)的開發(fā)模式及需要注意的事項，對建筑材料、色彩和光照的應(yīng)用，按照新的功能對交通流線重新進(jìn)行設(shè)計等等。 第四，通過對舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間改造利用不同類型的解析，從理論與實例分析兩個方面闡述了舊工業(yè)建筑內(nèi)部空間改造為展示空間、商業(yè)空間、工作居住空間、辦公空間、創(chuàng)意空間、休閑空間等的設(shè)計要求。 第五，通過對一個具體實例的設(shè)計，將舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間改造利用的理論在具體的實例中進(jìn)行運用，讓抽象的理論具體可感。 對舊工業(yè)建筑進(jìn)行合理的改造利用是現(xiàn)代社會的發(fā)展趨勢，是建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的必然要求，通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間的改造利用呈現(xiàn)出“四個多樣化”：第一，舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間改造利用從單棟建筑向多棟建筑擴(kuò)展；第二，舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間改造利用后的功能用途呈現(xiàn)多樣化的趨勢；第三，舊工業(yè)建筑室內(nèi)空間改造利用設(shè)計手法呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的特點；第四，設(shè)計師需要用富于個性的設(shè)計來滿足不同使用者的要求。因此，作為室內(nèi)設(shè)計師要不斷提高設(shè)計能力，迎接挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society in our country, the scale of the city is expanding in capacity and space, which will inevitably result in the acceleration of the process of urbanization. Originally built in the suburbs of the factory suddenly turned into a city center, immediately faced with demolition or transformation of the choice. The developed countries in Europe and America have already experienced this choice, and regard the transformation and utilization of the old industrial building as the key policy, have carried on the comparatively deep theory research and the successful practice. In recent years, there have been a lot of theoretical research, such as Beijing 798 successful cases. However, there are few researches on the indoor space transformation and utilization of the old industrial buildings, which is the key to decide whether an old industrial building should be demolished or rebuilt or reused. This paper is intended to study the transformation and utilization of the interior space of the old industrial buildings from the aspects of theory and practice, providing theoretical support and practical reference. The thesis is divided into five chapters, as follows: first, the purpose of the study, from the aspects of literature and history, economy, ecology and other aspects of the significance of the study, The related concepts involved in the reconstruction and utilization of old industrial buildings and the relationship between transformation and utilization are expounded to pave the way for the next step of research. Secondly, through the theoretical research and practical analysis of the interior space transformation of the old industrial buildings at home and abroad, it is further demonstrated that the transformation and utilization of the old industrial buildings has important practical significance. This paper points out the trend of the transformation and utilization of old industrial buildings from single style to diversification, and sums up the "three principles" which should be paid attention to in the transformation and utilization of old industrial buildings, that is, to pay attention to ecology, to fully consider human factors, and to improve the development of old industrial buildings. Make the best use of the existing space. Thirdly, it is emphasized that in the process of reconstructing and utilizing the interior space of the old industrial buildings, it is necessary to carry out the transformation design with the design principle of respecting the old industrial buildings, and on the basis of analyzing the interior space of the old industrial buildings, The methods and principles of local space reconstruction, the development mode and matters needing attention of the whole space reconstruction, the application of building materials, color and illumination, and the redesign of traffic streamline according to new functions are expounded respectively. Fourthly, through the analysis of different types of interior space transformation of old industrial buildings, this paper expounds that the interior space of old industrial buildings is transformed into display space, commercial space, working living space and office space from two aspects of theory and example analysis. Creative space, leisure space and other design requirements. Fifthly, through the design of a concrete example, the theory of reconstructing and utilizing the interior space of the old industrial building is applied in the concrete example, so that the abstract theory can be felt concretely. Reasonable transformation and utilization of old industrial buildings is the development trend of modern society and the inevitable requirement of the construction of ecological civilization. Through research, it is found that the transformation and utilization of indoor space of old industrial buildings presents "four diversification": first, The old industrial building indoor space transformation and utilization from the single building to the multi-building expansion; Second, the functional uses of the old industrial buildings after the transformation and utilization of indoor space show a diversified trend, third, the old industrial buildings indoor space transformation and utilization design techniques show a variety of characteristics; Fourth, designers need to use individual design to meet the requirements of different users. Therefore, as an interior designer to constantly improve the design ability to meet the challenge.
