相變材料在豬床中應(yīng)用的模擬

【摘要】:選取癸酸和月桂酸為二元混合物制作豬舍加溫地板。使用ANSYS軟件對(duì)加熱地板的溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,通過(guò)模擬得到:水的溫度越高,模擬得到的地板表面溫度越高;水溫60℃時(shí),相變材料的加溫地板比普通的加溫地板表面溫度要高;地板表面的溫度隨著地板中含癸酸的比例增加而升高,當(dāng)癸酸的比例達(dá)到一定值時(shí),地板表面溫度隨癸酸的比例增加而保持基本不變;相變材料加溫地板表面溫度比普通加溫地板表面溫度和相變石膏板與上層C20混凝土接觸面的溫度恒定。
