污水源熱泵的應用及經(jīng)濟性分析

【摘要】:污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)以其節(jié)能性和環(huán)保性在國內(nèi)外受到越來越多的重視,并且對其應用技術(shù)也展開了相當多的研究。污水源熱泵的應用需要成熟的技術(shù)條件,雖然在我國已經(jīng)有了一些試點項目,但是對于污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)能否在市場中得到推廣還需要進一步驗證。本文結(jié)合山東省某有限公司成熟的再生水源熱泵技術(shù),建設(shè)污水源熱泵中心能源站的一個實際工程,通過該試點項目的實際測量的數(shù)據(jù),來驗證污水源系統(tǒng)的應用的指標。 對該工程周邊的一個污水處理站的水質(zhì)進行長期測量,得出可以達到排放標準的再生水水質(zhì)較好,經(jīng)過防腐、防生物附著和過濾處理后,便可應用于再生水源熱泵系統(tǒng)。結(jié)合該工程制冷季和供暖季所需要的負荷,并且通過長達九個月對于再生水水溫和水量的檢測,可以看出該污水廠的水量滿足系統(tǒng)的最大用水量。經(jīng)污水處理廠處理后的再生水源是非常好的低品位熱源,完全滿足再生水源熱泵系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)要求。 初投資是一種產(chǎn)品是否能夠得到應用發(fā)展的主要因素之一,通過再生水循環(huán)管線、機房內(nèi)設(shè)備及安裝、項目供暖空調(diào)主供回水循環(huán)水管線、其他費用的分析,我們可以初步的計算出采用污水源熱泵的初投資為4830萬元。與傳統(tǒng)的水冷機組+燃煤鍋爐鍋爐系統(tǒng)相比較污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)的初投資有所增加,與地源熱泵系統(tǒng)相比較,污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)的初投資在應用又有一定的優(yōu)勢。 通過對實際工程中熱泵機組和水泵的耗電量的計算,得出整個污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)的年耗電費用。通過項目的經(jīng)濟性分析可知,所得稅后財務內(nèi)部收益率高于選定的行業(yè)基準收益率,財務凈現(xiàn)值大于零,項目的財務分析指標也滿足設(shè)定的基準收益率要求,該污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)的項目不但可以盈利,還具有一定抗風險能力。 污水源熱泵系統(tǒng)作為一種新型的清潔熱源,在系統(tǒng)的運行過程中僅需要消耗少量的電能,與自備鍋爐房或者是區(qū)域鍋爐房相比,污水源熱泵不但減少非可再生能源的利用,同時還可以減少煙塵減和煤渣的排放,減少CO2、SO2、NOx等氣體的排放。
[Abstract]:Sewage source heat pump system has been paid more and more attention at home and abroad for its energy saving and environmental protection, and a lot of research has been carried out on its application technology. The application of sewage source heat pump needs mature technical conditions. Although there have been some pilot projects in China, it is necessary to further verify whether the sewage source heat pump system can be popularized in the market. Based on the mature technology of regenerated water source heat pump in Shandong Province, this paper builds a practical project of sewage source heat pump central energy station, and verifies the application index of sewage source system through the actual measurement data of the pilot project. The water quality of a sewage treatment station around the project is measured for a long time, and it is concluded that the reclaimed water which can meet the discharge standard is of good quality. After anticorrosion, biological attachment prevention and filtration treatment, it can be applied to the regenerated water source heat pump system. Combined with the load of the refrigeration season and heating season of the project, and through the test of the reclaimed water temperature and water quantity for up to nine months, it can be seen that the water quantity of the wastewater treatment plant can meet the maximum water consumption of the system. The regenerated water source treated by the sewage treatment plant is a very good low grade heat source, which can meet the technical requirements of the regenerated water source heat pump system. The primary investment is one of the main factors of whether a product can be applied and developed, through the analysis of the reclaimed water circulation pipeline, the equipment and installation in the engine room, the project heating and air-conditioning main supply and backwater circulating water pipeline, and other expenses, We can calculate the initial investment of sewage source heat pump is 48.3 million yuan. Compared with the traditional coal-fired boiler system of water-cooled unit, the initial investment of sewage source heat pump system is increased. Compared with the ground source heat pump system, the initial investment of sewage source heat pump system has some advantages in application. By calculating the power consumption of heat pump unit and pump in practical engineering, the annual power consumption cost of the whole sewage source heat pump system is obtained. According to the economic analysis of the project, the financial internal rate of return after income tax is higher than the selected industry benchmark rate of return, the financial net present value is greater than zero, and the financial analysis index of the project also meets the requirements of the set benchmark rate of return. The project of the sewage source heat pump system can not only be profitable, but also has a certain risk resistance. As a new type of clean heat source, sewage source heat pump system only consumes a small amount of electric energy during the operation of the system. Compared with the self-provided boiler room or the regional boiler room, the sewage source heat pump not only reduces the use of non-renewable energy. At the same time, it can also reduce smoke and cinder emissions, and reduce the emissions of CO2,SO2,NOx and other gases.
