城市游憩規(guī)劃的理論建構(gòu)與策略研究

【摘要】：本文運用系統(tǒng)學(xué)、使用后評價（POE）、定性與定量相結(jié)合等方法，研究閑暇、游憩、游憩空間、城市游憩規(guī)劃的發(fā)展演變和影響機(jī)制，總結(jié)了城市游憩系統(tǒng)的物質(zhì)空間特征和基于使用者的社會空間特征，重點探討將城市游憩規(guī)劃納入城市總體規(guī)劃的必要性及建立城市游憩規(guī)劃的空間策略。初步構(gòu)建了城市游憩空間系統(tǒng)的研究分析框架，搭建了城市游憩規(guī)劃研究的理論體系，以深圳市為研究案例探討了城市戶外游憩空間規(guī)劃方法，為城市游憩規(guī)劃的確立與發(fā)展提供了理論基礎(chǔ)與實踐經(jīng)驗。 本文主要包含以下方面的研究內(nèi)容： 首先，對研究主體——城市游憩規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了概念界定，通過對閑暇、游憩、游憩空間的起源和發(fā)展歷史的回顧，確立了現(xiàn)代游憩空間的概念，闡述了游憩空間的價值；在調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上對當(dāng)前城市游憩環(huán)境、游憩需求、游憩行為進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié)；并運用POE研究方法，對深圳游憩空間的使用者及其活動特征進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析，得到使用后狀況評價分析報告。 其次，展開了城市游憩空間規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論研究。通過對中外城市游憩空間理論研究及發(fā)展歷程的梳理，探討了城市游憩系統(tǒng)研究的部分理論依據(jù)，除傳統(tǒng)的城市規(guī)劃理論、生態(tài)學(xué)理論、園林學(xué)理論，本文創(chuàng)造性地將地理學(xué)的區(qū)位空間理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的公共物品理論及管理理論等運用到城市游憩系統(tǒng)的研究。 第三，，探討了城市游憩空間系統(tǒng)的演變模式。游憩空間的發(fā)展表明：城市游憩空間系統(tǒng)是人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)活動集聚的產(chǎn)物，其發(fā)生和發(fā)展的過程與城市空間擴(kuò)展和人類生活空間變遷具有密切的聯(lián)系；分析了城市游憩系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的空間過程，重點探討了近現(xiàn)代游憩空間的發(fā)展演變過程中不斷出現(xiàn)的游憩空間類型：游憩墓地、公園體系、公共開放空間、城市周邊游憩中心、附屬于建筑的游憩空間、綠道等，努力尋找城市游憩空間系統(tǒng)伴隨城市化過程而逐漸發(fā)展演變的脈絡(luò)；挖掘游憩空間在發(fā)展演變過程中與城市及區(qū)域在空間上形成的有機(jī)聯(lián)系。 第四，對深圳市戶外游憩空間規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了實證研究。分析了深圳戶外游憩空間的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)，詳細(xì)闡述了深圳戶外游憩空間系統(tǒng)的類型結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)模等級和空間分布，提出城市戶外游憩空間評價的量化指標(biāo)；在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了城市游憩規(guī)劃原則，闡釋了游憩規(guī)劃內(nèi)容，探討了城市戶外游憩規(guī)劃策略，對構(gòu)建良好城市游憩空間系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了展望。 總之，城市游憩系統(tǒng)是集經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、自然屬性于一體的地理空間；城市游憩空間是伴隨著城市化的過程而產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展演變的；完善健全的城市游憩空間系統(tǒng)是公眾高質(zhì)量城市生活的保障措施。將城市游憩規(guī)劃納入城市總體規(guī)劃，建立城市游憩規(guī)劃體系具有較強(qiáng)的理論價值與實踐意義，尤其在當(dāng)前城市化從數(shù)量到質(zhì)量的轉(zhuǎn)化中能起到轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念和發(fā)展方式的作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, systematics and post-evaluation (POE), are used to study the development, evolution and influence mechanism of leisure, recreation space and urban recreation planning. This paper summarizes the physical spatial characteristics of urban recreation system and the social spatial characteristics based on users, and probes into the necessity of integrating urban recreation planning into the overall urban planning and the spatial strategy of establishing urban recreation planning. The research and analysis frame of urban recreation space system is constructed preliminarily, the theoretical system of urban recreation planning is set up, and the urban outdoor recreation space planning method is discussed by taking Shenzhen city as a case study. It provides theoretical basis and practical experience for the establishment and development of urban recreation planning. This paper mainly includes the following research contents: firstly, it defines the concept of urban recreation planning, and reviews the origin and development history of leisure and recreation space. The concept of modern recreation space is established and the value of recreation space is expounded. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper summarizes the current urban recreation environment, recreation demand and recreation behavior. Using the method of POE, the authors investigated and analyzed the users and their activity characteristics of recreational space in Shenzhen, and got the report of evaluation and analysis of the situation after use. Secondly, the theory of urban recreation space planning is studied. By combing the theoretical research and development course of urban recreation space between China and foreign countries, this paper discusses some theoretical basis of urban recreation system research, including traditional urban planning theory, ecological theory, landscape science theory, etc. This paper creatively applies geographical location space theory, economics public goods theory and management theory to the study of urban recreation system. Thirdly, the evolvement mode of urban recreation space system is discussed. The development of recreation space shows that the system of urban recreation space is the product of population and economic activity agglomeration, and the process of its occurrence and development is closely related to the expansion of urban space and the change of human living space. This paper analyzes the spatial process of the development of urban recreation system, and probes into the types of recreation space which appear constantly in the development and evolution of modern recreation space: recreation cemetery, park system, public open space, and recreation center around the city. The recreation space, green road and so on, which are attached to the architecture, try hard to find the development and evolution of the urban recreation space system along with the urbanization process. Excavate the organic relation between recreation space and city and region in the process of development and evolution. Fourth, Shenzhen outdoor recreation space planning has carried on the empirical research. This paper analyzes the system structure of Shenzhen outdoor recreation space, expounds in detail the type structure, scale grade and spatial distribution of Shenzhen outdoor recreation space system, and puts forward the quantitative index of urban outdoor recreation space evaluation. On this basis, the principles of urban recreation planning are summarized, the contents of urban recreation planning are explained, the strategies of urban outdoor recreation planning are discussed, and the construction of a good urban recreation space system is prospected. In a word, the urban recreation system is a geographical space with economic, social and natural attributes, and the urban recreation space comes into being and evolves with the process of urbanization. Perfect and perfect urban recreation space system is the safeguard measure of public high-quality city life. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to incorporate urban recreation planning into urban general planning and to establish urban recreation planning system, especially in the transformation of urbanization from quantity to quality.
