基于損傷的鋼筋混凝土銹脹開裂模型

【摘要】:基于混凝土的各向異性損傷,建立考慮鋼筋、腐蝕產(chǎn)物、混凝土三者不同力學(xué)性能的鋼筋銹脹導(dǎo)致保護(hù)層開裂的數(shù)學(xué)模型。模型考慮了腐蝕產(chǎn)物對(duì)鋼筋混凝土界面區(qū)的孔隙和混凝土開裂裂縫的填充效應(yīng),采用非線性分析算法,預(yù)測(cè)了開裂過程中混凝土構(gòu)件的應(yīng)變與位移以及混凝土保護(hù)層開裂時(shí)間。最后將模型預(yù)測(cè)值與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)混凝土出現(xiàn)裂縫之后,混凝土產(chǎn)生軟化、腐蝕產(chǎn)物對(duì)裂縫進(jìn)行填充,從而使混凝土環(huán)向拉應(yīng)變的增長(zhǎng)速率減緩;在選定鋼筋的型號(hào)、直徑以及混凝土強(qiáng)度之后,可通過增大保護(hù)層厚度來減小鋼筋銹脹開裂的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the anisotropic damage of concrete, a mathematical model of the cracking of the protective layer is established, which takes into account the different mechanical properties of steel bar, corrosion product and concrete. The model takes into account the filling effect of corrosion products on the pores and cracks in the reinforced concrete interface area. The nonlinear analysis algorithm is used to predict the strain and displacement of concrete members and the cracking time of concrete cover during the cracking process. Finally, the model prediction value is compared with the test results. The results show that the concrete softens and the corrosion products fill the cracks when the concrete cracks appear, thus slowing down the growth rate of the concrete circumferential tensile strain. After selecting the type, diameter and strength of the steel bar, the risk of corrosion cracking can be reduced by increasing the thickness of the protective layer.
