【摘要】：當(dāng)前社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展帶來產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型和城市用地性質(zhì)的變化,城市相續(xù)出現(xiàn)被遺棄的工業(yè)建筑。隨著時(shí)間的推移這些廢舊工業(yè)廠房對(duì)城市的生態(tài)環(huán)境和城市的整體形象產(chǎn)生了一定的影響,同時(shí)全球城市化的加快使得大量城市歷史記憶和文化多樣性被抹殺。在這樣的時(shí)代背景下,廢舊工業(yè)廠房的景觀改造設(shè)計(jì)成為一個(gè)突出的需要解決的問題。本論文以后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),分析了廢舊工業(yè)廠房發(fā)展的背景,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)理論對(duì)廢舊工業(yè)廠房景觀的概念重新進(jìn)行了定義。接著從系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的角度分析了廢舊工業(yè)廠房的資源整合方法并歸納了它的開發(fā)利用模式。然后對(duì)建筑景觀改造和室外環(huán)境景觀再利用進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述：對(duì)工業(yè)建筑的內(nèi)部空間結(jié)構(gòu)和外部形體特征做了總結(jié)并提出了相應(yīng)的改造手法；對(duì)室外環(huán)境的景觀首先論述了廢舊工業(yè)廠房景觀改造的文化策略和功能策略,強(qiáng)調(diào)了表達(dá)工業(yè)內(nèi)涵和合理分配場(chǎng)地功能的重要意義,接著結(jié)合相關(guān)案例分析了廢舊工業(yè)廠房工業(yè)構(gòu)筑物,工業(yè)設(shè)備和廢棄材料的再利用方法。從理論意義上,該文在一定程度上探索了工業(yè)遺存的利用模式,拓寬現(xiàn)代景觀設(shè)計(jì)理論研究的空間,對(duì)后工業(yè)景觀設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展做出有益嘗試,豐富整體的設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)研究；從實(shí)踐意義上,希望通過該研究能夠在一定程度上對(duì)中國(guó)當(dāng)前的景觀設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐提供一些可行性指導(dǎo)意見。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the industrial transformation and the change of the urban land quality are brought about, and the abandoned industrial buildings continue to appear in the cities. With the passage of time, these waste industrial buildings have a certain impact on the ecological environment of the city and the overall image of the city. At the same time, with the acceleration of global urbanization, a large number of urban historical memory and cultural diversity have been wiped out. Against this background, the landscape design of waste industrial buildings becomes an outstanding problem to be solved. Based on the related theories of industrial landscape design, this paper analyzes the background of the development of waste industrial plant, and redefines the concept of waste industrial plant landscape based on the previous research. Then from the point of view of system development, the paper analyzes the method of resource integration of waste industrial factory building and induces its development and utilization mode. Then the architectural landscape reconstruction and outdoor landscape reuse are discussed in detail: the internal spatial structure and external shape characteristics of industrial buildings are summarized and the corresponding transformation techniques are put forward; For the landscape of outdoor environment, this paper first discusses the cultural strategy and function strategy of landscape transformation of waste industrial factory building, and emphasizes the importance of expressing the connotation of industry and rationally allocating the function of site. Then, the reuse methods of industrial structures, industrial equipment and waste materials are analyzed. From the theoretical point of view, to a certain extent, this paper explores the utilization mode of industrial relics, widens the space for the theoretical research of modern landscape design, makes a useful attempt on the development of post-industrial landscape design, and enriches the overall research of design. From the practical point of view, it is hoped that this study can provide some feasible guidance to the current landscape design practice in China to a certain extent.
