“旭東尚景”項(xiàng)目的城市商業(yè)景觀建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)建筑空間作為城市公共空間不可或缺的一部分,在城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、人們生活水平的提高、城市形象的改善方面都有重要的作用。滿足消費(fèi)者的多元化的行為與活動(dòng)要求,營造人性化、生態(tài)化、具有較高的審美體驗(yàn)的商業(yè)外環(huán)境空間,是大型商業(yè)建筑外部空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)的職能要求和最終目標(biāo)。 現(xiàn)階段,我國大型商業(yè)建筑外部空間景觀存在著一系列的矛盾和問題:空間缺乏整體規(guī)劃,與城市環(huán)境結(jié)合不足;外部公共空間面積不足,人流擁擠;景觀形象單一,缺乏系統(tǒng)性;設(shè)施匱乏,功能欠缺和缺乏文化氛圍等,這些現(xiàn)狀嚴(yán)重地影響到了商業(yè)建筑及其橫向系統(tǒng)中眾多相關(guān)因素的發(fā)展。 如何通過商業(yè)建筑外部空間景觀的營造,合理有效地改善和解決這些問題;同時(shí)在理論的研究和實(shí)例的考察的基礎(chǔ)上,在以下幾方面進(jìn)行研究:1.寫作本文只目的在于尋找商業(yè)建筑外部空間景觀設(shè)計(jì)與文化及體驗(yàn)的結(jié)合,通過操作實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,全面考慮各方因素,特別是景觀及建筑設(shè)計(jì)方面需要獨(dú)樹一幟,通過獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃及商業(yè)定位才能在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中存活,而景觀及建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)定位就顯得更加重要。這就是本次選題的背景也是研究的目的,通過實(shí)際操作、在困難的市場(chǎng)背景下通過更合理的設(shè)計(jì)及定位來做活城市商業(yè)。現(xiàn)代國內(nèi)商業(yè)體因競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,建筑產(chǎn)品本身因嚴(yán)格的建筑規(guī)范要求及建筑成本導(dǎo)致存在同質(zhì)問題,如何通過景觀建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到提亮建筑將是未來商業(yè)項(xiàng)目需要重點(diǎn)考慮的技術(shù)點(diǎn);2.現(xiàn)階段不同的商業(yè)或部分住宅項(xiàng)目的景觀建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)已從較為老舊的社區(qū)、商場(chǎng)向以“體驗(yàn)”為主的淡功能性理念,通過項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)如何達(dá)到體驗(yàn)愉悅而同時(shí)具有繁華的商業(yè)將是重要課題;3.規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)愉悅性的消費(fèi)空間,并設(shè)置人文及藝術(shù)區(qū)域,將文化氣質(zhì)注入商業(yè)項(xiàng)目,通過嘗試將商業(yè)與文化進(jìn)行碰撞,欲求找到愉悅的消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)與商業(yè)運(yùn)作之間尺度的關(guān)系 本文通過分析現(xiàn)階段大型商業(yè)建筑外部空間景觀所存在的問題,在高密度公共景觀概念和園林美學(xué)原則的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)大型商業(yè)建筑外部空間景觀的設(shè)計(jì)原則和方法進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable part of urban public space, commercial building space plays an important role in the development of urban economy, the improvement of people's living standard and the improvement of city image. To meet the needs of consumers' diversified behavior and activities, to create a humanized, ecological and aesthetic experience of the external commercial environment space is the functional requirements and final goal of the external space landscape design of large-scale commercial buildings. At the present stage, there are a series of contradictions and problems in the external space landscape of large-scale commercial buildings in China: the lack of overall planning of space, the insufficient combination of space with the urban environment, the insufficient area of external public space and the crowded flow of people; The landscape image is single, lack of systematization, lack of facilities, lack of function and lack of cultural atmosphere, which seriously affect the development of many related factors in commercial buildings and their horizontal systems. How to improve and solve these problems reasonably and effectively through the construction of the outer space landscape of commercial buildings; at the same time, on the basis of theoretical research and case study, the following aspects are studied: 1. The purpose of this paper is only to find the combination of landscape design, culture and experience in the exterior space of commercial buildings, and to consider all factors, especially the unique landscape and architectural design, through the operation of practical projects. Only through unique design planning and commercial positioning can we survive in the fierce competition, and landscape and architectural planning and design positioning is more important. This is the background of this topic is also the purpose of the study, through practical operations, in the difficult market context through more reasonable design and positioning to do urban commerce. Because of the fierce competition in modern domestic commercial bodies, the construction products themselves have the same quality problems due to the strict requirements of building codes and construction costs. How to improve the building through landscape architecture planning and design will be the technical point that the future commercial projects need to consider; 2. At this stage, the landscape architecture planning and design of different commercial or part of residential projects has shifted from the relatively old communities and shopping malls to the concept of "experience" as the main light functional concept. How to achieve the experience pleasure through the project planning and design while the prosperous business will be an important subject; 3. Planning, designing and building pleasant consumption space, setting up humanities and art areas, injecting cultural temperament into commercial projects, and trying to collide business with culture, By analyzing the problems existing in the exterior space landscape of large commercial buildings at the present stage, under the guidance of the concept of high-density public landscape and the aesthetic principles of gardens, this paper tries to find the relationship between the scale of pleasant consumption experience and commercial operation. The design principles and methods of exterior space landscape of large commercial buildings are studied.
