【摘要】：位于農(nóng)村地區(qū)的大遺址保護(hù)是我們國家當(dāng)前大遺址保護(hù)的典型類型之一。近年來，隨著我們國家新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和城鄉(xiāng)一體化的發(fā)展，，位于此區(qū)位的大遺址，受城市迅速擴(kuò)張、新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的影響，不斷遭受侵蝕與破壞。同時(shí)，由于受到該地區(qū)大遺址保護(hù)的影響，位于大遺址地區(qū)的農(nóng)村發(fā)展與建設(shè)也面臨著挑戰(zhàn)，然而，這些農(nóng)村發(fā)展建設(shè)與我們國家一般地區(qū)的農(nóng)村發(fā)展建設(shè)所面臨的問題有所不同。 位于青海省柳灣遺址地區(qū)的柳灣村即是這類農(nóng)村的典型代表，論文以“青海柳灣遺址保護(hù)背景下的柳灣村”為研究對(duì)象，通過研究柳灣村的發(fā)展建設(shè)，以期對(duì)我們國家當(dāng)前位于大遺址地區(qū)農(nóng)村的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供具有普遍性的借鑒價(jià)值。 論文通過借鑒人類聚居學(xué)和人居環(huán)境有機(jī)更新理論，以課題組編制的《柳灣遺址保護(hù)規(guī)劃》中的成果作為研究基礎(chǔ)，提出柳灣遺址保護(hù)的主要對(duì)策，即劃定保護(hù)區(qū)劃、凈化遺址區(qū)環(huán)境和加強(qiáng)展示利用。同時(shí)，結(jié)合對(duì)柳灣村現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的分析，即社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、土地利用現(xiàn)狀、村民居住現(xiàn)狀、公共服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀和環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀六個(gè)方面的整體把握，提出柳灣村未來進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、村民居住模式調(diào)整和加強(qiáng)公共服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)的對(duì)策。 最后，依據(jù)以上分析，論文進(jìn)行了柳灣村規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的方案研究：一、基于柳灣村產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對(duì)策，提出柳灣村空間布局總體方案，合理布局柳灣村各功能分區(qū)，包括觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園及新型農(nóng)村社區(qū)、彩陶文化園區(qū)、墓地展示區(qū)、聚落遺址展示及博物館展示區(qū)，生態(tài)保護(hù)區(qū)，并提出了柳灣村的土地利用規(guī)劃、居住用地規(guī)劃、公共服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)劃、道路交通及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施規(guī)劃和綠化規(guī)劃。二、針對(duì)柳灣村局部搬遷，提出村民安置區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案和住宅設(shè)計(jì)方案。
[Abstract]:The protection of large sites in rural areas is one of the typical types of great sites protection in our country. In recent years, with the development of our country's new rural construction and the integration of urban and rural areas, the great ruins located in this area have been continuously eroded and destroyed by the rapid expansion of cities and the influence of new rural construction. At the same time, due to the impact of the protection of the great ruins in the region, the rural development and construction in the great ruins area is also facing challenges. However, These rural development construction and our country general area rural development construction faces the question difference. Liuwan Village, which is located in Liuwan ruins area of Qinghai Province, is a typical representative of this kind of countryside. This paper takes "Liuwan Village under the background of Liuwan ruins Protection in Qinghai Province" as the research object, and studies the development and construction of Liuwan Village. In order to provide our country with universal reference value for the planning and design of the rural areas located in the great ruins area. Based on the theory of human settlement and the organic renewal of human settlement environment, the paper puts forward the main countermeasures of Liuwan site protection, that is, delimiting the protection regionalization, based on the research results of Liuwan site protection plan compiled by the research group. Purify the environment of the site area and strengthen the display and utilization. At the same time, based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of Liuwan Village, that is, the present situation of social and economic development, the present situation of land use, the present situation of villagers' residence, the present situation of public service facilities construction, On the basis of the overall grasp of the present situation of infrastructure construction and environment, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the future adjustment of the industrial structure, the adjustment of the villagers' living mode and the strengthening of the construction of public service facilities in Liuwan Village. Finally, based on the above analysis, the paper studies the planning and design of Liuwan Village. Firstly, based on the countermeasures of industrial structure adjustment in Liuwan Village, the overall spatial layout scheme of Liuwan Village and the reasonable layout of each functional area of Liuwan Village are put forward. Including the sightseeing agriculture garden and the new rural community, the painted pottery culture park, the cemetery exhibition area, the settlement site display and the museum exhibition area, the ecological protection area, and proposed the Liuwan village land use plan, the residence land plan, Public service planning, road traffic and infrastructure planning and greening planning. Second, according to the partial relocation of Liuwan Village, the planning and design scheme of the villager resettlement area and the residential design scheme are put forward.
