【摘要】：作為沿海開放城市的寧波,人口已經(jīng)達(dá)到577.7萬人,其中農(nóng)村人口的比重達(dá)到了63.4%,占了很大的比重。由于歷史以及房屋業(yè)主的知識層次的限制和價(jià)值觀的局限的原因,農(nóng)村的房屋建設(shè)在規(guī)劃的科學(xué)性、設(shè)計(jì)的合理性、材料使用的節(jié)能性等方面尚存在著嚴(yán)重的缺陷。 本文以國家提出的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)為契機(jī),深入農(nóng)村第一線,研究寧波農(nóng)村在房屋建設(shè)方面存在的問題以及關(guān)鍵問題的解決,并結(jié)合在工程設(shè)計(jì)和房產(chǎn)管理的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),從規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、施工和監(jiān)督這四個(gè)方面就安全、節(jié)能、建設(shè)方式等系統(tǒng)地闡述了農(nóng)村房屋建設(shè)過程的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。規(guī)劃要合理,既體現(xiàn)本地農(nóng)村的特點(diǎn),又滿足規(guī)范的要求；設(shè)計(jì)體現(xiàn)居住的舒適性和安全性,又不失農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn)；施工請有資質(zhì)的施工單位施工,保證主體的安全性；在設(shè)計(jì)、施工的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),職能部門積極的介入,確保建設(shè)的保質(zhì)保量的完成。 通過走訪慈溪徐福村的新農(nóng)村房屋建設(shè),對東錢湖周邊的新建、在建、待拆的農(nóng)村房屋建筑的考察,積累了很多有意義的基本資料,提出了相關(guān)的建議�？蔀檎块T、設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)、建設(shè)單位在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展方面提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As an open coastal city, Ningbo has a population of 5.777 million, among which the proportion of rural population has reached 63.4 percent, accounting for a large proportion. Because of the limitation of the history and the knowledge level of the house owners and the limitation of the values, the rural housing construction still has serious defects in the scientific planning, the rationality of the design, the energy saving of the material use and so on. This paper takes the new rural construction proposed by the country as an opportunity, goes deep into the rural front line, studies the problems existing in the housing construction and the solution of the key problems in the rural areas of Ningbo, and combines with the practical experience in engineering design and real estate management, from the planning, The design, construction and supervision of the four aspects of safety, energy conservation, construction methods and other aspects of the rural housing construction process. The planning should be reasonable, both reflect the characteristics of the local countryside and meet the requirements of the norms; the design embodies the comfort and safety of living without losing the characteristics of agricultural production; the construction requires qualified construction units to ensure the safety of the main body; In the design, construction of each link, the functional departments actively intervene to ensure the quality and quantity of the construction of the completion. Through visiting the new rural housing construction in Cixi Xufu Village and investigating the newly built, under construction and pending demolition rural house buildings around Dongqian Lake, a lot of meaningful basic data have been accumulated and some relevant suggestions have been put forward. It can provide reference for government departments, design institutions and construction units in the sustainable development of new rural construction.
