基于系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境模擬研究

【摘要】:隨著城市建設(shè)進(jìn)程的加快,諸如住房緊張、環(huán)境污染、交通堵塞、資源匱乏等問題越來越突出。面對日趨嚴(yán)重的城市問題,怎樣建設(shè)宜居城市,,提高居民的生活質(zhì)量,改善居住環(huán)境,建立合理的城市生態(tài)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,是政府和居民關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題。本文根據(jù)導(dǎo)師課題組承擔(dān)的國家“十二五”科技支撐計(jì)劃重大項(xiàng)目《城市老工業(yè)搬遷區(qū)功能重構(gòu)和環(huán)境宜居性建設(shè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與示范》的四項(xiàng)子課題中的第一子課題—老工業(yè)搬遷區(qū)環(huán)境評價、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)與模擬研究為支撐,對城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境模擬進(jìn)行研究。 在借鑒研究國內(nèi)外宜居相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,以“宜居城市科學(xué)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”為參考,構(gòu)建城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境評價指標(biāo)體,并利用語義變量分析法確定了各個指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境評價指標(biāo)體系的建立為宜居評價提供了依據(jù)。以系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ),選擇城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境中幾個具有代表性的關(guān)鍵因素,如居民素質(zhì)、交通便宜度、綠化率、醫(yī)療技術(shù)水平、商業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量等建立了相應(yīng)的模型,通過這些模型可以對關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行分析。此外,以評價指標(biāo)體系為依據(jù)建立了城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境滿意度評價模型,通過這個模型可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對城區(qū)環(huán)境宜居滿意度的評價。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)對城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境的模擬,以Microsoft Visual Studio2010為開發(fā)工具,SuperMap Deskpro.NET為開發(fā)平臺,開發(fā)了城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境仿真系統(tǒng),通過該仿真系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)模擬城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境的部分項(xiàng)目、瀏覽總的模擬圖并顯示關(guān)鍵因素的量化值。本文通過對城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境評價指標(biāo)體系、系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型以及仿真系統(tǒng)的分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了關(guān)于城區(qū)宜居環(huán)境的研究。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urban construction, problems such as housing shortage, environmental pollution, traffic jam and resource scarcity are becoming more and more prominent. Facing the increasingly serious urban problems, how to build livable cities, improve the quality of life of residents, improve the living environment, establish a reasonable urban ecological system, and realize the sustainable development of the city, is the focus of attention of the government and residents. According to the national "12th Five-Year Plan" Science and Technology support Project of the National "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", this paper is the first of the four sub-topics of the key technology research and demonstration of functional reconstruction and environmentally livable construction of the old industrial relocation area of the city, according to the national "12th Five-Year Plan" scientific and technological support plan undertaken by the tutor task group. Subproject-Environmental Assessment of Old Industrial relocation areas, Based on planning design and simulation research, the simulation of livable environment in urban area is studied. On the basis of studying the theory and practice of livable environment at home and abroad, taking the scientific evaluation standard of livable city as the reference, the index body of livable environment evaluation in urban area is constructed, and the weight of each index is determined by semantic variable analysis method. The establishment of urban livable environment evaluation index system provides the basis for livable evaluation. Based on the theory of system dynamics, several representative key factors in urban livable environment, such as residents' quality, transportation cheapness, green rate, medical technology level, commercial service quality and so on, are selected. These models can be used to analyze the key factors. In addition, based on the evaluation index system, the evaluation model of urban livable environment satisfaction degree is established, through which the evaluation of urban environment livable satisfaction degree can be realized. In order to realize the simulation of livable environment in urban area, the simulation system of livable environment in urban area is developed with Microsoft Visual Studio2010 as the development tool and SuperMap Deskpro.NET as the development platform. Through this simulation system, some projects of simulating the livable environment in the urban area can be realized. Browse the total analog chart and display the quantization values of the key factors. Based on the analysis of the evaluation index system, system dynamics model and simulation system of livable environment in urban area, the research on livable environment in urban area is realized in this paper.
