基于BIM技術的建筑結構協(xié)同設計研究

【摘要】:建筑信息模型BIM (Building Information Model)的技術核心是由計算機三維模型所形成的數(shù)據(jù)庫,包含了建筑項目全部的參數(shù)信息,這些數(shù)據(jù)信息在建筑全過程中動態(tài)變化調(diào)整,加快決策進度、提高決策質(zhì)量、從而提高項目質(zhì)量,降低項目成本。目前,BIM技術已從理論研究逐步走向?qū)嵺`應用,并在許多項目的應用中體現(xiàn)了一定價值。但在建筑行業(yè)的結構設計領域,BIM的應用還有諸多技術難題和障礙限制有待研究和解決,例如結構專業(yè)與建筑、機電等相關專業(yè)實現(xiàn)基于BIM的協(xié)同設計以及結構信息模型與結構分析軟件之間的雙向鏈接等。 本論文針對BIM技術在建筑結構協(xié)同設計應用中的難點和障礙,從結構專業(yè)的角度出發(fā),對BIM技術的應用進行研究分析和具體實踐。通過總結BIM技術的應用現(xiàn)狀和相關標準,為設計階段的實施提供一定理論基礎。結合實際的高層剪力墻住宅工程,運用Revit軟件展現(xiàn)BIM的應用流程,采用R-Star CAD軟件解決建筑信息模型和結構分析軟件PKPM的鏈接障礙,利用Revit二次開發(fā)進行結構信息的提取,完成對結構分析模型的信息補充。通過基于BIM技術的協(xié)同設計平臺,進行了結構模型自身碰撞檢查,鏈接了其他專業(yè)模型進行碰撞分析,針對沖突點修改設計方案,并通過材料用量的統(tǒng)計,提出優(yōu)化設計,為BIM在結構設計中的具體應用提供一定參考,實現(xiàn)了BIM技術在建筑結構協(xié)同設計流程中的應用。
[Abstract]:The technical core of building information model (BIM (Building Information Model) is the database formed by computer three-dimensional model, which contains all the parameters information of the construction project. The data information changes dynamically in the whole process of construction and accelerates the decision progress. Improve the quality of decision-making, thereby improving the quality of the project, reduce project costs. At present, BIM technology has gradually moved from theoretical research to practical application, and has embodied certain value in many projects. However, in the field of structural design in the construction industry, the application of BIM still has many technical problems and obstacles to be studied and solved, such as structural specialty and architecture. Electromechanical and other related majors realize collaborative design based on BIM and bidirectional link between structure information model and structure analysis software. Aiming at the difficulties and obstacles in the application of BIM technology in the cooperative design of building structure, this paper studies and analyzes the application of BIM technology from the point of view of structure specialty. By summarizing the application status and related standards of BIM technology, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of the design phase. Combined with the actual high-rise shear wall housing project, the application flow of BIM is demonstrated by Revit software, the link obstacle of building information model and structure analysis software PKPM is solved by R-Star CAD software, and the structure information is extracted by the second development of Revit. Complete the information supplement to the structural analysis model. Through the collaborative design platform based on BIM technology, the collision checking of the structure model itself is carried out, the collision analysis of other professional models is linked, the design scheme is modified according to the conflict point, and the optimized design is put forward through the statistics of the material consumption. It provides a certain reference for the concrete application of BIM in structure design, and realizes the application of BIM technology in the process of building structure collaborative design.
