核電犧牲混凝土高溫及火災損傷研究

【摘要】:針對摻加0~1.5 kg/m3聚丙烯纖維的核電犧牲混凝土開展高溫與火災試驗.結果表明:犧牲混凝土在火災作用下抗壓強度變化不大,失重率為4.7%~5.8%.在400℃高溫作用下抗壓強度提高60%左右,失重率為5.0%~6.5%;800℃高溫作用下強度損失20%左右,失重率為2.0%~2.5%;1 000℃高溫作用后殘余抗壓強度仍有11~16 MPa,失重率為0.1%~0.2%.犧牲混凝土高溫熔融溫度為1 180~1 210℃,聚丙烯纖維摻加對犧牲混凝土熔融溫度、抗壓強度損傷以及熔融產(chǎn)物類型影響較小,但加速混凝土早期自由水排出,防止犧牲混凝土火災爆裂.
