【摘要】：在云南偏遠(yuǎn)的少數(shù)民族貧困山區(qū),新農(nóng)村建設(shè)正面臨著如何選擇民居發(fā)展與更新的極大困惑。本文從綠色建筑的相關(guān)理論出發(fā),結(jié)合云南省西雙版納基諾山國際養(yǎng)生旅游度假中心的基諾村寨及其民居設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)作,在滿足功能便利、成本經(jīng)濟(jì)、形態(tài)美觀、環(huán)境舒適等建筑基本屬性的基礎(chǔ)上,就地取材,充分利用當(dāng)?shù)氐目稍偕茉?結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐慕ㄔ旒夹g(shù)與現(xiàn)代建筑技術(shù),形成基諾山寨及其民居更新的綠色建筑技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)策略。 在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從改善居住生活環(huán)境條件出發(fā),結(jié)合基諾族的民俗文化和當(dāng)?shù)氐孛才c氣候環(huán)境,本文分別從規(guī)劃布局、建筑設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面探討了基諾山寨及其民居更新的綠色建筑技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)策略。并針對(duì)此進(jìn)行了生態(tài)分析和量化設(shè)計(jì)。 籍此,創(chuàng)造出優(yōu)點(diǎn)鮮明、與開發(fā)項(xiàng)目相適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)代生態(tài)民居,實(shí)現(xiàn)基諾山寨與民居的綠色更新,與旅游開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的提升并進(jìn)。并期望為其他地區(qū)類似項(xiàng)目的民居綠色更新建設(shè)提供借鑒,對(duì)生態(tài)民居的理論發(fā)展與實(shí)踐操作做出有益探索。
[Abstract]:In the poor mountainous areas of minority nationalities in Yunnan Province, the construction of new countryside is facing the great confusion of how to choose the development and renewal of dwelling houses. Based on the related theory of green building, this paper combines the design and creation of Kino Village and its folk residence in Jinuo Mountain International Health Tourism Resort Center in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province. It can meet the needs of convenient function, cost economy and beautiful appearance. On the basis of the basic properties of buildings such as comfortable environment, according to the local materials, making full use of the local renewable energy, combining the local construction technology with the modern building technology, the green building technology design strategy of Jinuo Shanzhai and its residential renewal is formed. On the basis of the above research, from the point of view of improving the living environment conditions, combining with the folk culture, local landforms and climate environment of the Jino nationality, this paper separately from the planning layout, This paper discusses the green building technology design strategy of Jinuo Shanzhai and its residential renewal from two aspects of architectural design. Ecological analysis and quantitative design are carried out. In this way, we can create modern ecological dwelling which has bright advantages and adapts to the development project, realizes the green renewal of Jinuo village and folk residence, and advances with the promotion of tourism development project. It also expects to provide reference for the green renewal construction of other similar projects in other areas, and to make a beneficial exploration on the theoretical development and practical operation of ecological houses.
