高性能混凝土技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:高性能混凝土(High Performance Concrete,HPC)被稱為21世紀(jì)混凝土,是在大幅度提高普通混凝土性能的基礎(chǔ)上采用現(xiàn)代混凝土技術(shù)制作的混凝土。它以耐久性作為主要設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),針對(duì)不同用途要求,保證混凝土的適用性和強(qiáng)度并達(dá)到高耐久性、高工作性、高體積穩(wěn)定性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。被認(rèn)為是目前全世界性能最為全面的混凝土。高性能混凝土已成為當(dāng)今土木行業(yè)的極為重要的材料。本文通過對(duì)影響高性能混凝土耐久性能的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的實(shí)驗(yàn)及在橋梁中的試驗(yàn)分析,得到了較為可靠地高性能混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì),提出了一套適宜高速公路使用的高性能水泥混凝土配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法,,并應(yīng)用于預(yù)制箱梁對(duì)水泥混凝土配合比進(jìn)行實(shí)際驗(yàn)證;通過摻加礦物摻和料粉煤灰、礦渣粉及高性能聚羧酸減水劑,解決了高速公路高性能水泥混凝土的水泥用量過高問題,在工程安全使用期、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性、環(huán)境條件的適應(yīng)性等方面產(chǎn)生了明顯的效益。。
[Abstract]:High performance concrete (High Performance Concrete,HPC), which is called 21st century concrete, is a kind of concrete made by modern concrete technology on the basis of greatly improving the performance of ordinary concrete. It takes durability as the main design index, according to different application requirements, ensures the applicability and strength of concrete and achieves high durability, high workability, high volume stability and economy. It is considered to be the most comprehensive concrete in the world. High performance concrete has become a very important material in civil engineering industry. In this paper, the design of high performance concrete mixture ratio is obtained through the experiment and analysis of the indexes that affect the durability of high performance concrete. A set of high performance cement concrete mix ratio design method suitable for expressway use is put forward, and it is applied to the practical verification of cement concrete mix ratio by precast box girder. Slag powder and high performance polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent have solved the problem of high cement consumption of high performance cement concrete in expressway, and have produced obvious benefit in engineering safety life, economic rationality, adaptability of environmental conditions, etc.
