【摘要】：ERP系統(tǒng)集信息技術(shù)與先進(jìn)的管理思想于一身，是現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)與現(xiàn)代管理理念的有機(jī)結(jié)合，是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化的有效途徑。近幾年來，隨著混凝土行業(yè)發(fā)展，ERP系統(tǒng)作為提高企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要工具也被廣泛引入應(yīng)用。在現(xiàn)有市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大環(huán)境下，降低企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品成本成為提高企業(yè)效益的一個(gè)重要途徑。而直接影響產(chǎn)品成本最重要的部分就原材料采購(gòu)成本這一環(huán)節(jié)，做好入料成本控制就成為ERP系統(tǒng)的核心部分。 本文首先闡述述了ERP系統(tǒng)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀及我國(guó)混凝土行業(yè)的應(yīng)用情況，接著對(duì)BY公司引入ERP系統(tǒng)后起到的作用進(jìn)行了描述，并提出了入料模塊存在的問題。然后對(duì)BY公司ERP入料成本控制進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，并提出了影響入料成本的因素及進(jìn)行入料成本控制的途徑。
[Abstract]:ERP system is an organic combination of modern information technology and modern management idea. It is an effective way for enterprises to maximize economic benefits. In recent years, with the development of concrete industry, ERP system as an important tool to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises has been widely used. In the current market economy environment, reducing the cost of products becomes an important way to improve the efficiency of enterprises. The most important part that directly affects the product cost is the raw material purchase cost, and the key part of the ERP system is to control the input cost. This paper first describes the research status of ERP system at home and abroad and the application of concrete industry in our country, then describes the role of BY after the introduction of ERP system, and puts forward the problems existing in the feed module. Then, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the cost control of ERP feed in BY Company, and puts forward the factors that affect the input cost and the ways to control the input cost.
